The burgers here are on point!!! Glad we read other reviews and got the jr stogie burgers because we definitely wouldn’t have been able to finish the original full size stogie burger. And the kids meal steak was delicious and a larger portion then we expected for a kids meal. They don’t skimp on portions or cusromer service here Delicious food and amazing service! 10/10 highly recommend!

Another highlight is the attention to detail throughout the space, the restroom was impeccably clean and well maintained. The restaurant also features an ice cream shop next door, which I unfortunately didn’t get to try, as the meal itself was so satisfying that dessert felt unnecessary.

We found this restaurant by chance. It is located on a very charming street in a small city. The bread was delicious. The order took a bit long to come but it was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like it was to have to pay the bill inside a candy shop – I believe it is part of the restaurant. Since it is needed to enter the shop, if you go with kids they get insane asking for everything they see there. It is a never ending can I have and no, no, no. If you pass by the city stop by, you won’t regret it.

One of my all-time favorite places for great American food for the last 2 and a half decades. The meatloaf, the chili, the burgers. Oh, the burgers! The smallest is a half pound and cooked to order. The biggest is 3 pounds. Yep! Good luck with that one. The service has always been top notch, too. This is great Country cookin’ at it’s best with smiles and an atmosphere right out of the past.

I had the full size Conestoga steak and my wife has the 1/2 Burger. Both were great. The steak being a Sirloin was a tiny tiny tiny bit chewy but with the flavor and portion size an absolute hit and would repeat.
Loaded baked potato soup is also excellent. the beefy chili it was good it was a little light on the beef but again no complaints. Just would try something different again.
These are super minor imperfections and probably more reflect the writer of the review! LOL. ( I can be a picky guy!)
The watermelon iced tea was a particularly good beverage.
Again quality of food service ambience and value all five stars.

If you’re looking for great food, wonderful service, and a warm welcoming atmosphere, you’ve GOT to check out Conestogas Restaurant! Every meal is delicious, the staff treats you like family, and the experience is consistently top-notch. I may be a little biased because my special daughter “Carlie Sue Hart” works there but it honestly is a great place to eat to enjoy a good meal and relax. I am proud of my daughter and proud to support a restaurant that truly cares about its customers.

First time here and SO GLAD I stopped on a whim! Despite being the top of the dinner rush on a Saturday evening, I was promptly shown to a table. Service was absolutely outstanding (Shout out to Riley ). Attentive, helpful and on the spot with suggestions and knowledge.
The food was excellent. I had the signature Pioneer chicken breast, a baked potato and sweet potato fries. Portions were large, cooked just right and very, very tasty!
My only complaint is that I didn’t realize I had to pass through the ice cream shop and was too full to try anything there.
I will definitely be back!

My husband recommended this place as he and his nanny(grandmother) had stopped here years ago.
We all had the stogie burger – kids had the juniors, and I made a huge mistake ordering the regular burger because it was much more than I expected.
Food was *chefs kiss*
