I cannot recommend Cone Zone of Neptune enough.
I ordered an ice cream cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and they exceeded every expectation. Deb and the entire team were incredible. I didn’t even have to step foot in the shop. Everything was handled over the phone and the service was more than exceptional. They went above and beyond in every way.
The price was exceptional, especially for the level of detail I wanted. Other local ice cream shops quoted similar prices for something completely plain and wouldn’t even consider making an elevated, detailed design. This was the only place I found that could do it, and they blew it out of the park.
The attention to detail was unbelievable. The cake looked like a high-end traditional cake, but made entirely of ice cream, and it tasted amazing. Everyone at the party was asking where it was from.
I am genuinely blown away. This is the best experience I’ve ever had ordering a cake and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Cone Zone on is the best! I’ve always liked their ice cream and their customer service is top-notch. My family and I were planning to watch the last episode of Stranger Things last Friday. While driving past Cone Zonethat morning, I got the idea to ask for a Stranger Things cake. They made the most amazing cake for us same day! It was the highlight of my daughter’s day and she even brought pictures to show her fourth grade class!

So many years coming to the shore and tonight was our first time! Crazy 🙂 The place was hopping, lots of people, families, kids getting a treat! Everyone working there was so nice! Super helpful and kept their cool. The line moved quickly. Flavors/toppings and specials are listed on black boards. Several people came to get icecream cakes!

The best soft serve ice cream around. I love the ice cream sandwiches! Great to keep in your freezer if you can resist eating them all! Good hard ice cream also. Try it, you might get hooked too!

Yesterday we had the Cone Zone Ice Cream truck at our place of business as a treat for an employee anniversary. The experience from start to finish was professional. They were one of the only Ice Cream trucks that responded in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They arrived early for the event, the servings sizes were beyond generous, the staff was courteous and friendly and the truck itself was spotless! I highly recommend using their service.

What I know for sure the people @jerseyshore love Ice Cream. This small shop is always crowded, driving by always see people sitting outside enjoying their ice cream, night and day. Lines sometime around the corner tonight I had to stop. It was packed only a few customers can fit comfortably inside. Had the strawberry cheesecake not too sweet or artificial tasting, just right… Homemade the way your grandma would have made it.

We love getting ice cream and shakes here. So tasty and very affordable. I recently got the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with extra chocolate chips and caramel sauce. Yum. My Fiancé always gets a cookies n cream milkshake and I can taste why. It’s better than what I’ve tried elsewhere. I can’t wait to go back to try some other items on the menu!
