Thank you for your response to our visit to Condado Tacos.
We did return to the restaurant on Superbowl Sunday, this time including my elderly mother-in-law. We were met with a smile. The atmosphere was totally different than our first visit. My mother-in-law loved the food. Definitely not a 1 star rating experience this time.
MacKenzie was once again our server. 5/5 stars from her as usual. She has a lot of followers that love to go wherever she is a server or bartender because of her social skills and great service to her customers. Also, the other staff was equally as personable. Especially the food runner. I didn’t get her name, but she wears glasses and has reddish brown curly hair. She seemed as though she was having fun with the customers and was smiling.
Again, the vibe was totally different on our second visit!
It’s very evident that your goal is customer satisfaction and it should be reflected by the staff as well. It was clear that on Superbowl Sunday, you had staff there that had the same goal as you.
I’m glad I didn’t let ONE staff member who didn’t have a team mindset, ruin my opinion of the establishment as a WHOLE.

Pleasantly surprised. Abby (I think that’s her name) was a great server. Tacos are MASSIVE (more like a burrito). Had the veggie tacos and they were delicious. Cocktails were great too.

The Drink and Food was absolutely refreshing, nothing like good food that hits the spot after a long day at work, and what made it even better it was the customer Server, her name was Amber. She provided at adequate service, a nice smile, and she wasn’t overbearing or forcing anything on us and she came with great suggestions on what to try.

The artwork on the wall is absolutely dope! The food portion was great. Flavor was perfect. Wait staff was pleasant. I the margaritas are really good too. Try the bulk bowl and strawberry yuzu margarita. I definitely recommend.

The food was good. We got nachos, tacos, and burritos. The service was a bit slow. We kind of felt like they weren’t paying attention. The atmosphere was kind of fun with all the Greenwood references.

Great seats at the bar.. The house Margaritas are pretty good, happy hour is even better, the tacos are a little different than your ordinary tacos, and pretty decent sized, bar tender was fun and fast. Food quality and service were top notch not! Great atmosphere even when they were busy!

Our first time here definitely will not be the last. The staff was awesome the were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great service excellent food well made adult beverages. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. This was a great visit. We had several margaritas each along with chips & salsa, loaded tots, brisket tacos and a steak taco bowl. If you haven’t given this place a try I highly recommend you put it your to do list.

Condado has CONSISTENTLY great food. Margarita options seem never ending, a drink for every taste. But hands down the best thing, is their hand made tortilla chips. Literally melt in your mouth!
Shout out to Chandra, she is part of management at this location. While there today, they were noticably busy, and she took the time to talk and even color with my very loud 2 year old.

Came here for lunch. Not what I expected at all. My burrito was ice cold. My girlfriend’s bowl was ice cold. Our food had very little flavor. I’ve never heard of a Mexican restaurant use plain white rice in everything before. They make you pay for chips and salsa which wasn’t that big of a deal but normally that’s something that’s provided for free. We paid for the chips and salsa just for it to be watery and not very good. I honestly have no clue how this place has such a good star rating. I’m not the type to write reviews, I’m 23 years old and normally could care less but I felt after this experience it was needed. The only reason we came here is because it had such a good rating on google but the food severely disappointed us. The only positive thing I have to say is our waitress was polite and quick.
