Very disappointed with our experience at Condado Tacos at this location. During a weather warning, the manager Richard told everyone in the building we only had 10 minutes before we had to leave the building. When I asked what we were supposed to do if the warning was still active, his response was literally, “Get an Uber.” Being told to leave during an active weather warning felt incredibly irresponsible and honestly unsafe.
On top of that, the bartender working at the time was extremely rude and dismissive the entire interaction. Instead of helping or showing any concern for customers’ safety, the staff seemed annoyed that we were even asking questions.
I’ve always enjoyed Condado before, but this experience completely changed my perspective. Customer safety and basic decency should come before pushing people out the door during severe weather.
If I could put -1 star I would. The only thing that saved them would be the nice bartender lady that said “I say stay, but he is going to kick you guys out”
Any other Condado Tacos BUT this one.

I went here for the soft opening. The food was pretty good. The servers were fantastic, had great energy and were really kind and helpful. The building was really cold and a friend asked them to change the temp but was told the owners of the building, not Condado, have temp control
