Their customer service needs to improve. It was a cloudy overcast day in Los Angeles and i was craving a nice hot coffee. I asked if thet had fresh coffee, the girl at the register said no fresh coffee, what they had been sitting there since 9AM, it about to be 1PM. 4 HOURS of coffee sitting in the pot is not good, she did not even ask me that she’ll make a fresh pot of coffee, any restaurant or coffee shop would of made a fresh pot of coffee. I ordered Pupusas and we all know it takes a few minutes max. 10 or more. Yet she couldn’t make a fresh pot of coffee while i waited?
I still yet have to travel the Pupusas. The pupusas are actually pretty good.
A homeless guy walled in and sat next to me, the employee saw it and never asked the homeless to leave. He smelled, thanks a lot for a nasty smelling experience at your place.

These are the best pupusas in the WORLD. I haven’t eaten here with my friend in 5 years and both decided it’s time to come back here and have some again and it was completely worth it. I will only come here for pupusas from now on

Terrible place! My grandma came here to eat and the waitress who is a women wanted to charge my grandma(who is a senior)$5 to use the restroom. Your establishment will be reported to the Better Business Bureau because this is not legal in America. Horrible place horrible service and horrible food.

I went with my family to eat their pupusas since I heard their pupusas are bomb . And yes they are bomb 10/10 the place was empty which was sad since the people there are very nice and the food was great . I will definitely go again 🙂

Ladies told me I had to pay $2 to use their restroom. They warned me for next time since i didn’t have any cash. I’ve come here before to buy food. I’ve never had to experience this before. What a shame.

I ordered 3 pupusas to go and they ended up giving me 3 tacos de asada . I thought for sure I got my pupusas because of the salsa and curtido in my bag , so I know they got my order right they just didn’t check what they gave me . I could have checked but they need to make sure they give out orders correctly. I was upset and payed like $15 for 3 tacos that should have been 3 pupusas .

Please try not to order the tacos (asada). The meat came out very crisp barely meat at all it was heavily burnt, the tortillas are also small and not enough to fill a person. The price is 2$ plus tax. Every other dish here is great just not the tacos

Service is great and the owner makes feel you feel like you are at home. If you like spicy salsa, they make a delicious red sauce. I have never gotten sick from eating here. There ensalada drink is delicious.
