Food was sooo good. Everything i got was seasoned and fried good. Except the fries. They shriveled up in the box from the heat and moisture. But other than that great customer service, reasonable pricing, and that good was fie!

Amazing Seafood, Great Service, & Allergy-Friendly!

I had an incredible experience with the lunch specials here. First off, the customer service was top-notch. The young lady working was full of energy and had great menu awareness—she really made us feel welcome!

The Highlights: The $10 Conch, Shrimp, Fish & Fries (I added $3 for snapper) is hands down the best deal ever. The “tendernism” of the shrimp and conch was perfect. The conch sauce is a chef’s kiss! No drink included but at THIS price… none needed. Also, the 32oz Lemonade ($5) is “Grandma sweet”—you can feel the love in every sip.

Allergy Safety: This was a huge win for us. Both of my children have shellfish allergies, and this was a safe space for them to enjoy their chicken wings without any issues. Finding a place that handles seafood and chicken while keeping my kids safe is a big deal!

My only feedback is the price of the Chicken Special. It’s $10 for 5 pieces and fries, which feels which is nearly $2 a wing. If it included a least 12oz drink, it would feel more like a “special.” While the taste is great and the safety is appreciated, the value isn’t as strong as the seafood special.

Overall, this place is a gem. Friendly staff, safe for people with allergies (they don’t share fryer with seafood), and that seafood lunch special is unbeatable!

My wife and I stopped here on a whim and we are both so happy we did. This place is a hidden gem. First, the owner is so very friendly. She took the time to speak with and get to know us.

Both my wife and I finished up a honeymoon cruise, and had a craving for conch. Google thankfully pointed us here. We both ordered the a conch salad, and the Conch dinner plate. I had peas and rice and the shrimp and crab salad, while she got the Mac and cheese and potato salad. Holy cow!!!! The whole plate is phenomenal. I’m writing this review while enjoying the food. The portion sizes are way bigger than I expected, but more importantly is the flavor. We’ve never had potato salad this good. The peas and rice is literally the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The shrimp and crab & the conch salad are perfect. The fried conch is not greasy and so flavorful. If you’ve read this review and haven’t tried Conch It Up, stop what you’re doing, get in/on your preferred mode of transportation, and come here. What are you waiting for? You will NOT regret it.

When I tell you that the food was under seasoned, the atmosphere was poor. You can smell the old grease from in the waiting area. It needs a overhaul completely and quickly.

The food was good. The fried conch (which the fritters could use a little more conch in the batter), fried chicken, fried shrimp, and fries could use a little more seasoning. I also purchased a small pan of oxtails which were awesome, except for the price lol. I guess it goes back to the saying, “you get what you pay for”.

First of all great customer service, their conch is very flavorful and needs no sauce in my opinion (their sweet n sour is good tho). The Mac and cheese was delicious and so was the rice. Also I highly recommend the shrimp and crab salad it’s amazing.

I paid $35 for combination there was only one fish, some shrimp, a bit conch and lots of rise. I don’t think that was $35 worth to go food. It was delicious though, I was glad to support a small business. If I come back I’ll eat $10 food, friend fish with salad or something.

Y’all! This food is delicious. When visiting Miami, we stopped here. The ladies working were nice. The wait was a little long, but that’s to be expected.

I was visiting Miami and decided to try something new other than Conch Heaven, BIG MISTAKE!!!! Green beans tasted as if they had been cooked in vinegar, conch salad was just disgusting ( No Words), peas and rice no taste at all and fried chicken was cooked in old cooking oil and under cooked. Didn’t even try to eat it, just threw it away to avoid being sick and took myself right over to Conch Heaven for really good food. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review like this but as an out of towner looking for good food when I travel, it’s the right thing to do. Eat at your own risk!!!
