I ordered a conch salad and stepped away for a few minutes. Normally it takes a while because they make it fresh. This time the rude attendant gave me an order from the refrigerator. When I got home to enjoy it i opened the top, the salad had a foul Odor, it was spoiled. I immediately called the restaurant and explained that I was on my way to return the conch salad. When I arrived she locked the door. I managed to speak to the manager on site and he told me that he couldn’t give me a refund or replace with a fresh salad, I showed him my receipt and he told me to come back in the morning to speak to the owner. Fortunately I knew someone that called the owner on the phone explain the situation. The cook came out from the back smelled the rotten salad, and immediately made a fresh salad. The server at the desk never came out to apologize and the site manager was clueless on making a decision. Customer service and training is needed. It’s the principle for me! When you know you’re Wrong make it right.

Rude disrespectful clock rider with the afro puff should check herself before she bring unnecessary liability on the establishment.
Management need to address it promptly.
It is not a good look and it surely isn’t business like
Also, check the prices of everything you order to avoid being overcharged in the end

Today was an amazing experience at Conch Heaven. My husband and I drove 2 hrs for this food, and it was beyond worth it.
1. Everyone was so friendly. They were busy but were never rude.
2. The food was so fresh and didn’t take long.
3. The tropical punch is made in-house. It’s a bahama mama without the rum. So delicious.
I will definitely be back.

I ate the conch salad. It tasted like the conch salad I was raised on in the Bahamas. Not only was the food great but it came out quickly and the lady that took my order was very friendly. The service was amazing and I will recommend Conch Heaven to anybody that mentions Bahamian food.

Food is AMAZING. Menu is limited but what they do cook they do it very well. Food takeaway a very long time to come out. Service at the counter is helter skelter. But the food was good endocrine l enough that I’ll definitely be back. Oh, and calling ahead to order doesn’t help that much. You MUST try the cracked conch and Johnny cake (which isn’t a cake, but a bread option)

If you want a slice of Bahamian food and culture, especially the hospitality than look no further. This stand out brightly colored shop in the middle of Miami will also stand out in their food as well. The moment I walked in, Nicole took the best care of me, let me know that although she’s busy she acknowledges me. After placing my order we sat and drank the amazing sky juice that is highly recommended, a unique experience like no other. After patiently waiting for our fresh to order food we received the feast that awaited us. The most tender cracked conch, and refreshing conch salad. The conch fritters were dark but not overcooked, filled with conch meat and flavor in every bite, (I hate an all bread and peppers conch fritter)
, Johnny cakes fried shrimps fried perfectly, macaroni, peas and rice (also do yourself a favor don’t skip because the depth of spice and warmth that coats your palate every time you take a bite of the peas and rice is worth getting alone) potato salad. We practically ordered the whole menu and it was worth it! We had gotten plenty of the calypso sauce and scotch bonnets for condiments. Pro tip, add scotch bonnets to the calypso sauce and to the conch salad! It took it from amazing to perfection!

This morning’s breakfast was an unexpected yet delightful treat—boiled fish. While simple in its preparation, the flavors were anything but plain. The fish was perfectly tender, cooked just long enough to keep its natural juices intact. What made it stand out was the subtle seasoning that enhanced the fish’s freshness without overpowering its natural flavor.
The delicate balance of herbs and spices, likely a hint of lemon or vinegar, provided a refreshing tang, while the fish’s texture melted effortlessly with each bite. Paired with some fresh butter grits, it made for a wholesome and satisfying breakfast. It was light on the stomach, setting the perfect tone for the day.
Boiled fish may not always be a breakfast staple, but after this meal, it has certainly earned its place in my morning rotation.
