The mimosas were fire. The food was so flavorful.

I had interacted with three~ servers. I appreciate the diversity. One could definitely work on their professionalism. And the surrounding employees could be more cognizant about distracting behavior when the restaurant is almost empty.

As an out of towner I have been here twice once for dinner on a Friday evening (party of 3) and most recently on a Sunday for brunch (party of 4).
The space is very spacious with ample parking and a pretty good play list from whomever is on the 1’s & 2’s. Both times food was good, service was slow but our waiters were on point.
For Dinner…

It was a girls night, it was a little busy but we were seated quickly for a Friday. I don’t remember our waiters name but it was a gentleman who is still there because I saw him on my most recent visit.
We ordered apps of seafood crab dip and buffalo chicken egg-rolls. I sampled both and they were tasty. For entrées there was pasta Alfredo with salmon and broccoli and I order salmon with collards and garlic mash. My sister order a shrimp rice dish with sauce (idr the name). Nonetheless we all enjoyed our food. It took sometime to arrive but it was good and the temps were nice and hot.
Now they ran out of several items at the bar, one being Jack Daniels, but our waiter did his best to accommodate.
The bathrooms were not in good shape and there were serval staff members not pulling their weight for a smooth service.
For Brunch…

The hostess was rude, inattentive and seated people she knew whom came after the people waiting. While she insisted the entire party needed to be standing inside before being seated. She seated the others she knew staggered in parties of two as they came in.
Once seated our server Jordan S. was great and very apologetic for the staff members once again not being productive to provide better service. For example on this visit I order a carafe of mimosa. She had to request it from the bar three different times. As we were seated in a booth across from the bar we watched as everyone was socializing with each other and prioritizing convos with their peeps. Our food came before the carafe of mimosa.
Entrées for brunch: were honey chicken and waffles, 2 shrimps n grits one with a side of eggs, and fish n grits with a side of French toast . Everything was well seasoned, I was amazed at how much I enjoyed the grits. When I order grits, usually they require some doctoring up table side. The French toast was also surprisingly extra tasty. Everyone was completely satisfied with our choices and a couple of us were full so we took the rest to-go.
Overall the food is good, the service can be tolerable if you get the right server and the music & atmosphere can be a vibe. However on both visits there were things and staff members that hindered the experience.
Just A Note:
There is an automatic 15% service fee added to the bill, it is a tip. However, I highly recommend if you get a really good server who provides great service despite the circumstance they are up against please tip them extra in CASH if you can.

I read the reviews beforehand and still didn’t take heed and agree with almost all of them! The best part was the waitress that we had. Music too loud, turn it down a notch it’s literally uncomfortably loud! Food has potential but not worth the price. Literally just no. To whoever is cooking coming from a food lover 3 things, don’t fry the pita until they’re brown in the grease, the grease will brown then when you pull them out. Using red potatoes will make the mashed potatoes less grainy. Add a dash of old bay to the seafood dip. After complaining about the dip and pita chips being barely edible they offered to comp 15% off that dish. As I read the reviews again I see that the 15% was literally them removing their already added gratuity!! Shady business. Business has potential but clearly management doesn’t take heed to the reviews. Hell if you need a manager or cook that will get this place in tip top shape call me. Won’t waste $80+ again.

Me and my cousin went here for the first time last night. It’s a great vibe as far as the looks of bar. We got a table right in front of the bar and instantly noticed that the bartender had a group of friends there. Our waitress brought us water and disappeared. The bartenders paid more attention to the group at the bar. Over 30 min no one came to take our order my cousin had to walk up to bar and ask. Bartender taking shots with the group and walking to other groups. This establishment doesn’t welcome new faces. They care about the regulars which are probably friends. Our waitress walked past our table 5 times never took a order for food or drinks. Before this when my cousin finally got the drinks a random worker walked up like she was tryna steal them. But she ordered them the bartender gave her drinks then went back to group of friends. Music is loud as hell but they had all the right tunes flowing. If you want to be ignored and feel unwelcomed go to Concept bc they will do that for you. Other then that I dont recommend not worth it for the rudeness. Atp where is the manager or owner bc these reviews have gotten lower and lower.

The service here is horrid!!!!!! I was referred here for Super Bowl Sunday. We were told the food is amazing so I went online and made a reservation and near the presumption when we arrived we would be able to have good seating and watch the game. In most Super Bowl environments the dj yes does play music but she. The game is on they generally turn the music off and on commercials they turn it back up to balance the experience. At concept NO they had loud music playing non stop as it was a regular club night. Me and my fiancé were section front of the man speakers in the club and we couldn’t talk to each other because they were that damn loud. They host sat us there and walked off, I mean literally bye, walked off! Then someone showed up with 2 waters and simply said are u ready to order. We expressed that we’re still trying to decide if we want to stay there. The host walked back by and said I could put you here which was a table where the door was swinging right by the front door so essentially who ever sat there would be cold all night and then she walked off again. She told us that all the seats were reserved but we were good into the second quarter of the game and those seats were still empty and she never came back so we simply got up and walked out. I WILL NEVER go there again. We simply walked out walked down to another establishment in the same parking lot Sat down ate watched the game and went home.

The service was very good, the hostess was very nice, but the music was a bit to loud for a restaurant. The music was good, just a bit to loud for dining. Let me tell you about the food! The salmon was very good! I also got the brussel sprout appetizer, and it was very good. The sweet, and spicy sauce they put on them is great, I used a French fry to mop up the last bit of that sauce out of the bowl. I would recommend giving this place a try!

Never Again. These people lack customer service. And the two women that I attached had everything to do with my horrible experience. It’s sad to go to a Black owned business and try to support and then in return get no type of respect.. from walking in the establishment, the host was very friendly walked us to the table and the waitress then brought water and said that she will return. The waitress NEVER RETURNED.We tried to get her attention, and she kept passing us by, side eying us like our money didn’t matter. I have Never experienced this level of Rudeness and Ignorance. It seems like they care more about their regulars and catering to them opposed to allowing new people to have a good experience. The light skin bartender with the braids, absolutely beautiful woman, but attitude is trash, her customer service is the worse. Because my server did not return to the table I had to get up and go to the bar myself. No, I did not pay at the bar. I sat back down at my booth right in front of the bar so I was not trying to leave. she did not have to come to my table and demand that I pay the bartender as if I was never gonna pay him so I said well where is my server? Can you find her? She didn’t care about finding the server for me but demanded I pay for the drink. Learn how to talk to people. I will never return nor Recommend this place. Black people DO BETTER!!

Ordered a simple Caesar salad…..these folks gave me old dried out chicken. I’ll pass…..probably won’t return, definitely better chicken salads throughout the city, cheaper too. Doesn’t even take long to cook a piece of chicken breast filet……first time having that type of experience at a restaurant especially with a SALAD

Beyond satisfied with my experience here. My family and I were traveling through headed back home to Charleston, our server was Jamie G! service was absolutely immaculate. All across the board. Thank you so much Jamie G for your attentiveness, kindness, generosity, the laughs and beautiful spirit. I highly recommend this establishment the service , food, drinks prices, wait time , atmosphere was all excellent. We will be returning ❤️

I really hate to say this about a Black-owned business, but the service was trash. We waited over two hours for fried food, and no one ever told us the menu had changed. The server took our drink order and then disappeared, so I had to flag down a random guy—who I assume was the manager—just to get something to drink.
When the food finally came, we sat there waiting on condiments and missing items until the plates got cold. We came for a birthday brunch, and while the vibes could’ve been good, the overall experience was horrific. Every time I asked for water it took forever to get.
Honestly, I don’t recommend this place right now. They haven’t figured out how to be consistent with their food, service, or handling high demand. Once they get that together—and turn this damn music down—they might be alright. I didn’t need anything comped or discounted; I just want us to have great, well-run establishments.
