The kitchen is regularly producing new items for the menu, so there’s always something for everyone. Inspiration is drawn from various cuisines, resulting in a menu you really can’t find anywhere else in the halal scene. They have successfully executed their vision for halal fine dining, delivering unique dishes which exude precision and culinary technique.
Aside from the ever changing menu, the staff are one of the very few that actually earn their service charge. One aspect which sets them apart is simply their investment in your experience, cleaning the tables thoroughly between courses, asking how dishes have been thus far. Moreover, they have treated myself and my family as valued customers, each and every time. Customers aren’t forgotten at Cona, with the team remembering your likes and preferences, tailoring to you each time.
Particular praise has to go towards Ali and Yaseen, who have both held the fort fantastically, maintaining the original location’s quality. Not only do they host us well, their passion for food is as clear as day. They possess a strong understanding of the menu and culinary knowledge. They’re also open to constructive criticism and ideas with regards to their menu, something I really respect in a restaurant.
All in all, Cona is a place I will keep coming to when I wanna to get my fix of halal fine dining!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt premium and welcoming. The décor is modern, stylish, and perfect for both date nights and special occasions..
The food was absolutely outstanding, fresh and full of flavour (starters and mains ). Mocktails were very refreshing . The desserts were just as impressive — rich and balanced.
Overall, this is easily one of the best dining spots in Bradford.
Perfect food, great atmosphere, and excellent service.
Highly recommended — definitely coming back!
The food was top tier. Every dish was not only a delight to the taste buds but beautifully presented as well. You can tell the chefs put a lot of thought and care into every plate. The flavours were perfectly balanced, and each course was pure perfection.
The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure our every need was met without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such a high level of service these days, and it made the experience even more enjoyable.
Our Iftar was served on time it truly felt like a special occasion. We will definitely be returning soon.
We were absolutely blown away by the food – it was beautiful. We went on a Sunday (not realising the Sunday menu is restricted), but loved it. We had some of the set meal, but also steak. The food is cooked to perfection, freshly served and looks like a work of art.
The staff and manager were so hospitable and friendly. Genuinely decent, hard working men with hearts of gold. They looked the part and their service was second to none. They were polite, charming and attentive.
There were salaah provisions too, which made the whole experience perfect.
Worth every penny and more. May اللَّه سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى give them even more success and barakah.

We went for Valentine’s Day, and everything was just okay, nothing special at all.
The king prawn tempura was crispy, but the actual prawn lacked flavor. The beef tacos were the only thing I enjoyed out of everything we had.
The dry-aged beef fillet steak was underwhelming and rubbery, with no flavour whatsoever. The veal had more flavour than the steak. The triple-cooked chips just tasted like normal chips, but the Japanese fries that came with the veal were nice.
For dessert, we had sticky toffee pudding, which was quite hard and not particularly great. It was also an extremely tiny portion.
We paid just over £200 for that, completely overpriced. The service wasn’t great either. I can’t understand how a restaurant can charge this much and still be so basic. I genuinely wanted to like this place, but it’s just hype.
I’ve been to restaurants that charge half the price and are ten times better in both food quality and service.
