BEST BREAKFAST IVE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT!!! Husband and I were in town for 3 days and we are so glad we tried this out. I kept seeing reviews of everyone in Louisville liking Con Huevos and yeah, they are so right. The ingredients all tasted fresh, the flavors, the cook, it was just perfect. But we went on a slow Sunday early morning and waited over 30 minutes for our food despite there being less than ten other people there. The restaurant itself felt small. When we did finally get our food; there was egg shell in my over easy eggs, portions were shockingly small, and the bill for two meals with coffee was over $40!

My friend and I visited for brunch on 1/19/25. The restaurant was small and packed. We got seats at the bar. We ordered the breakfast burrito to split (one entree), mimosa, and an espresso drink. I explained what I typically order and she made a delicious authentic Mexican espresso drink for me but I don’t remember what it was called. Our total was $32 with tax. Cash tip.
The barista/bartender/server we had was fantastic and from Mexico, but is going to school here. She was very attentive despite being busy, personable, and our food came out quickly and correctly. It was very average food though; so imho it is overpriced and not worth a second visit.

Ambitious Bliss
The food lacked flavor, and the salad served to me had black and white spores, which completely turned me off. I mentioned this issue, but my concerns were ignored. Overall, it was not worth the $80 I spent. The best part was the pancakes and they were great !!!
