Through hard work, dedication, and all of our wonderful catering customers, we’ve outgrown our business and are now bringing some of the best street tacos to the city of Lake Elsinore. We stopped to pick up tacos to take home for lunch. They didn’t disappoint.
We only started eating here a few months ago but their food is consistent. It was still nice & hot when we got home.
We didn’t know until today that they had breakfast burritos. Need to try that next time.

Found them just by chance and wanted a quick bite. The asada fries were great, the fries were seasoned and topped with all the goodies, also got a torta de al pastor and it was fire . Gotta make sure you hit the salsa bar 3 type of salsa, pickled jalapenos, pickled red onions. Ot just hit the spot, and the staff super friendly, oh don’t forget the fresh aguas frescas, i had the horchata you can tell it is made fresh in house. Definitely my goto place now.

I tried the California burrito here, and it was good — definitely enjoyable, but being from Los Angeles I’ve had better. Still, I appreciate the experience overall.
The customer service was welcoming, and the ambiance made it a nice spot to sit down and eat. I’m new to the area and haven’t explored much yet, so it was refreshing to find a place with lots of menu options and great deals.
I also like that they have a text-in feedback system to share your thoughts, which shows they care about improving. On top of that, they offer catering, which is a huge plus if you’re looking for options for events.
Overall: solid spot, great service and atmosphere, and I’d come back to try other menu items!

We ordered this for dinner and it was my second time having it. The food was good the first time that I wanted to go back, but this time I got a BRC and there was a rock in it. I bit it and it was extremely hard, and noticed it’s a rock. I’m pregnant also so if I swallowed this, it scares me. Not sure if it’s from

I often bring my family here we enjoy their 10 pack tacos. We ordered two of them and get a variety of the meat and every time each of the meat are fresh and delicious.
The salsa bar is amazing!!! I love the green sauce. It is my favorite.
They have excellent customer service and ready to service right when we get there!!!
I can’t wait to try their Carne Asada fries. I’m gonna get that next time we come here.

I’ve only been here once, but I can say easily that everything I had was the best of its kind. Having said that, you must try everything I had and tell me if you feel the same:
1. The birria tacos. Deep fried on a clean plancha. And the chili oil they give you for dipping is fantastic!
2. California burrito. I know you can get these anywhere, but they beat Miguel Jr, Alberto’s, everybody.
3. Jamaica. Again, I know you can get these just about anywhere, but what stands out is that they add GUAVA to the mix and it gives it a rich flavor, you won’t want the hibiscus without it after this.
Shout out to Jose for being such a gentleman my first time there!

Back in January 2022 we hired Compas for catering for my son’s birthday party & we were so impressed with quality of meat and service. We were so excited when we found out they opened up their location in Lake Elsinore! We absolutely love Compas Tacos!!! Carne asada fries, rolled taquitos & fish tacos are full of flavor. And they top it off with some light chipotle drizzle. Red onions & salsa bar are optional but also full of flavor. You can tell they care about the quality of their food & service 10/10

I hosted a birthday party for 30-40 people and decided to order the food from Campos tacos, and it was grrrrrreat!! The tacos (with all the trimmings), the taquitos, and everything was so delicious. I only wish I had ordered more taquitos because they went so quickly…THANK YOU for the delicious feast and for accommodating me with my last minute changes!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I stumbled upon Compas Tacos while hiking in the area and I am happy I did!
Vibe: It’s a typical strip center restaurant – nothing fancy, nothing special, but super clean which I appreciate in a restaurant. You order at the counter, and in my case, as it wasn’t too busy, they brought my tacos out to me.
Service: Super Friendly and Welcoming.
Food: I should preface that I am a pescatarian, so I am always on the lookout for fish and shrimp tacos. I had one fish and one shrimp taco. The tacos were super plentiful and packed with protein! Two tacos were more than enough for me. Both the shrimp and fish were in a batter and fried, then topped with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and a sauce. The reason I gave this review a 4 was because of the batter. There was a flavor – black pepper and other seasonings that I personally didn’t care for. It wasn’t offensive, just strong enough that I noticed it. On a positive note, I love restaurants with salsa bars and really liked their Salsa Verde.
If you are in the area, you should definitely check out Compas Tacos!
