Our hostess/waitress all the above wonderful lady Nayeli was great! Stopped by here on a suggestion from our hotel. The food was very delicious and great value for price. I would definitely eat here again if in the area.

Tried for the first time due to our usual spot being closed and was hoping to find a potential new spot. Was highly disappointed. We spent over $50 on tacos and when I asked to swap out the red sauce for the green sauce I was told it would be extra… That was okay until we got home and tried the tacos only to be disappointed as the only thing we tasted was the corn tortillas. The tacos lacked favor/meat for sure. The only thing I can compliment is the queso even though for $7 it may have only been 5oz… We will definitely be staying loyal to our usual spot.

How this place is in business ill never understand. The reviews from others say the food is good.. maybe it was a bad day for the cook? My enchiladas were gross, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Took 2 bites of it and they still charged when I sent it back.

no other Mexican restaurant I’ve been to has come close to Compadres. the food gets better every time I go and the portions are very generous for the pricing. the servers are nice and the atmosphere is perfect for a nice afternoon or evening.

The server staff members who were present on my visit on Saturday, 7/19/25 at around 12 noon were not welcoming or attentive. One of the ladies sat at the counter looking annoyed while looking at her phone the entire time. She won’t have to worry about me returning to interrupt her phone time ever again. The waitress who took our order was not concerned with doing her job at all, it seemed. The food was decent, but with the unfriendly wait staff, it doesn’t amount to a hill of refried beans.

This is the BEST restaurant in town. Me and my partner frequently come here (at least once a week). If you’re looking for really good birria, this is the place!!!!!! cheese dip and salsa also amazing. The ladies who serve here are amazing and are always so friendly. They have started to recognize us since we are here all the time . Please remember to tip them well, they deserve it!
