We have hired Compadres Taco Truck for our company event (happening at the end of the month), and it was AMAZING that Alex was able to bring us a sample prior to our event. The plates he created for our team sample were full of color, nice variety, super fresh, and awesome service. His pride shows in every platter he made! I am vegetarian, which we did not get a sample of that meal, but I am excited to be trying his Veggie option for our event! He also made Rice Pudding and it was a beautiful presentation. I will be back to review the full service for our team of 100.
