Plenty of parking on a Monday afternoon… although I could see it being tough on the weekends.
With the late-Feb Houston weather being chefs-kiss lately – knock on wood – I’d love to come back on a Saturday to enjoy their countryard area.
And the best part… inside they have 10 glorious BOOTHS! I’ll never shut up about booths. They’re so cozy and comfortable.

I absolutely love this location! so festive, with all the decor and christmas music. the nashville sandwich was soooo good! Valeria was amazing! Gave my friend and I lovely recommendations and we had the best lunch ever! She even remade my latte after it got all cold! I highly recommend this location!

I’m leaving this review to get the attention of management.
Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the outdoor patio. Trash under the tables should be cleared at least once a day, isn’t. Tables, chairs, and seat cushions should be wiped down at least twice a day — not after guests have already dusted them off with their own clothes.
I have no complaints about the quality of the coffee or desserts — those are genuinely good. But the level of cleanliness outside does not match the quality of your products. It can and should be better.

Ordered the vanilla scone, blueberry muffin and the strawberry dragonfruit and berry refreshers. The pastries were excellent. Perfectly moist, baked fresh, not overly sweet, buttery, decadent! The drinks were exactly what’s in the name, refreshing. Easy parking, plenty of seating indoor and serene nooks outdoor. They have a great variety of offerings including hot breakfast items until 11am. Also, the staff was really nice.

I had a work meeting here for breakfast, but I was there till lunchtime, I ate twice! It was so nice there, and we got so much done, and service was great. We ordered at counter, they brought to the table. Don’t sleep on the soups, really flavorful, good burgers and good croissants and coffee. The cashier i had twice and did not give it 5 stars because twice she messed up something, but otherwise, very good place to go, ample parking.
