The true test of a good coffee shop is a plain black coffee as that is the base for all the other drinks. Their plain black coffee is diluted and odd tasting. I couldn’t finish it. The atmosphere is typical of a hospital. The ladies who served me my coffee were wonderful.

Great baristas always ready to greet you with a smile, ready to help with any questions, and truly enjoy what they are doing…and that shows in the drinks they craft….including just a simple brewed coffee. Wonderful selection of pastries, both sweet and savory. Small lunch items and a variety of snacks. Not just a place to grab a cup of coffee, but a place to also get a well crafted specialty drink. A place to sit, sip, and enjoy some down time or meet with friends and family if you’re spending time here with a loved one. It’s a little oasis in the hospital.

The best coffee crew in Rogers and the best owners in NWA! I first started patronizing the Comfortable Cup while visiting my MIL who was hospitalized at Mercy, or when I had a procedure done there. The staff has always been courteous, the owners go out of their way to engage with the customers, and the baked goods (from Buzzy Bee!) are scrumptious! I liked the owners so much that I worked for them while attending school. What a delight to both work there and grab a matcha from Comfortable Cup!
