After seeing Comfort Cravings on my IG for a couple of years, the opportunity finally presented itself to grab a bite—and it definitely lived up to the name. The wings were cooked to order (well done) and tasted great—crispy, flavorful, and fresh. The oxtail mac and cheese was really good, with tender, well-seasoned oxtail paired nicely with the creamy mac—I even took a bite before getting home. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared. As they like to say, make yourself comfortable and enjoy—because that’s exactly what you’ll do here.

Got delivery, food was still warm after a 30 min drive & was definitely tasty. Not many comfort food options in the area to compare to but I think this would be a go-to regardless. Had the oxtail, shrimp, mac & wings, all great!

I placed an order for pickup. upon arriving, staff stated it would be ready in 5 minutes. I waited an additional 35 mins to receive the food, which was a total disappointment. Not to mention, about 30 mins into the wait, i knocked and they acted like they did not hear me knock 3 times, then a few minutes later, they hand me the food with attitude, which was very rude. staff definitely needs to improve on interacting with customers. garlic parm wings were completely soggy, gummy like texture, (basically inedible), had absolutely no crunch to it and very little to no garlic in the sauce. mac and cheese flavor was decent but the food seems to have been sitting on the counter because upon receiving it, the food wasn’t even hot lol, it was lukewarm. overall, 1/5 stars. overpriced for the quality of food i received, bad customer service and ridiculous wait time only to be disappointed.

So when you get there you might be confused because there’s other establishments there. So I had to call to get my order. I got oxtails Alfredo. It was soooo goooddddddd. The pasta was a lil runny for MY LIKING. But it was still good.Oxtails are fall off the boneeeee. Definitely coming back!

This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would tell you how the food was but after waiting 40 MINUTES they decided to cancel my order. Talking to staff was pointless because they were incredibly rude to me and the other customers who ALSO waited way past the wait time listed when ordering. Go someplace else.
