Ok. Thought this place was going to be expensive for Cracklings but they were actually $2 less per pound than the grocery store. Tasty but be careful if you’re Keto, their seasoning contains sugar. The fresh Sausage is also good. Next time will try the breakfast, but will have to skip the free beignets. Just off the freeway near the boarder. Check it out. Bon appetit

Don’t bother, well if you are really hungry then try the etoufee, it’s not bad – I didn’t say it was good either. Long sigh….being from loozianie certain people cook for those who are elderly and require limited flavor. Which is why some people in Vinton recommended this spot. The stars are for the service – friendly staff. Bad food

One of the better breakfasts I’ve had in the area. I’ve been accustomed to Comeaux’s food for over 20 years; back when he started smoking meat on Hwy 90 in Vinton.
This morning I had the Trucker’s Breakfast which cosist of 2 eggs, 2 from scratch biscuits with gravy, 1 Comeaux’s sausage link, free (2) beignets and a cup of coffee.
Eggs scrambled light were slightly well, biscuits like Sunday dinner, delicious sausage (would’ve preferred a smoked link), the beignets were a little dense, overcooked and light on the powdered sugar while the coffee was old and stale.
Good home cooked meals like we ate on the farm; growing up a couple miles up the highway. Price was different from the menu but was corrected. More than enough food. Except to spend $8 – $13 per person. Definitely worth a second visit.

Driving through from Seattle to Florida. We liked this place so much, my grandfather just asked if we could stay here for the night and then eat here again tomorrow! This was some excellent Gator Tail, fried pickles, catfish, and shrimp. What a great local stop off of Rt 10! Best Cajun food I’ve eaten in 20 years back when I was based in Biloxi and would go to New Orleans on the weekends.

I love this place, I normally go here when visiting my grandparent. I would give it 5 star but my jambalaya wasn’t very warm today when i got served. A little disappointed. Boudin balls were on point
