Ordering from the kiosk was easy and stress free, my wife has trouble deciding what she wants most of the time, so being able to take all the time she wanted to look at everything before deciding was great. Food was fresh but really fast. Burgers were delicious. Fries were great. Even though you don’t have a waitress in the traditional sense, the server was attentive and on top of everything.

First visit to this location of Come Back Shack in Boone. Promptly entered at opening time of 1030am to be warmly greeted by manager, Laura, who really made up for a lot of the missteps during this visit. Place was left in a bit of disarray from the night shift and a mixup with our order.. but a warm smile and the right attitude to make the rest of our visit good will always keep me “coming back.”

A Boone original. We dined outside, it was a great night. The comeback sauce was unique. I enjoyed the Baja Chicken and she got a Cheeseburger. We’d stop in again if we’re ever back in the area.

Lively atmosphere with tasty local foods! I am not a big fan of burgers but the atmosphere of this place makes me feel cozy and relaxed. The salad was my favorite – the amount and quality with various dressing options!

The Comeback Shack downtown is truly one of a kind! I stopped by and ordered a burger and it was absolutely AMAZING, but the service was EVEN BETTER. As soon as I walked in, Sarah greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. I gladly took her up on the offer and she assisted me with ordering on the kiosk without hesitation. She stayed friendly and upbeat the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The dining area and kitchen was both spotless, I have never been in such a clean and welcoming place and I will definitely be back and will be bringing some friends with me too!

Our family of four ordered a kids burger meal, fried green tomato burger meal, steakhouse burger meal, a double patty melt meal all with the seasoned fries and a pumpkin milkshake. The food was amazing! Gia could see it was our first time and showed us how to order at the kiosk and told us about some of the local favorites. We can see why this place is called Come Back Shack as we would definitely come back here again.

If you want quality sliders and burgers, then search no further this is the place. Everything was great, and they offer a little sauce bar for customers which I found very helpful.
The only thing I would say to improve the service here would be for them to give a holler when your food is ready, because I didn’t see that mine was until the text came through about 10 minutes after it was sitting ready to go. Maybe get a small TV that broadcasts the order numbers ready for pickup? Anyways, what a great place!

Omg! Such a good place for lunch! Me and my girlfriend stopped in when we were visiting Boone. Very good portion sizes for the price! And their milkshakes r BOMB. Extra shout out to their employee, Laura, she was so knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind!!!! We will def be back next time we come to Boone!

I stumbled on CBS while walking and exploring shops in Downtown Boone, read a few reviews about them and those reviewers never lied. They have the freshest and most delicious burger! I had a hearty meal and kept thinking how lucky I was to find this place. Perhaps what blew my mind too was the milkshake. Wowza!
Paired with that burger, fries, and chicken nuggets, I was full the rest of the day and had leftovers. The shake was one of the best I have had anywhere. 1000/10 recommend this place when in Boone. They have a customer in me!
