If you appreciate Quality,Customer Service the American dream you’ll love this place. The owners take so much pride in every single thing they make. We’ve had bbq everywhere from KC to Texas and Tennesse and beyond and this place serves up several of the best weve ever had. Brisket,burnt ends,sausage bacon twists along with the elote corn salad,potato salad,beans and smoked mac n cheese. These are our favorites right now just because we haven’t tried the entire menu. We also didnt have to spend a fortune,very competitive prices.We see a big future for this place.

DUDE! This place is a gem. We stopped here on a trip to Branson..so I’m devastated that I can’t eat here every week for the rest of my life. Such a cool spot and the food is crazy freaking good!! The attention to detail with the food is amazing. We got the small sampler so we could try everything. Literally everything was perfect. The sides were the best sides I’ve ever had at a bbq joint. The beans are to die for. All the meats were outstanding. Special shout-out to the hot links and bacon!

This place is fantastic. My wife and I have eaten at CATI probably around 30 times now. EVERY time the food is quality, consistent and delicious. I think this is the best BBQ I’ve ever had and the sides are to die for (especially the potato salad and smoked Mac & Cheese but all are great).

Everything was so good!! 5 and 8 year old were loving the turkey, brisket & Mac. Honestly though, our group loved absolutely everything. We ordered the Sampler (great price option) so we all got to taste everything. We would’ve tried the cobbler but it was a hot day and we were sweating Such a friendly group of peeps running the place too. Check it out, it’s worth the drive! No pics, we were hungry

Found this place near where we are staying. Did not disappoint. My reviews follow a simple formula. Start at 1 star and add a star each for food, service, atmosphere, and price. Food was excellent; atmosphere was cool; great people working there; and the price was very reasonable. I liked that they had 1/4 lb, 1/3 lb and 1/2 pound plate options so you aren’t forced to pay and get more than you want. Plus, they have family pack options. Definitely will return when back in the area.
