Decent place for com tam and less crowded than the Little Saigon branch. The price is actually slightly higher than other com tam places. Service is super quick and parking is in the shopping center. Traffic is usually bad near the main street going into the plaza.
Food is decent and choices can be overwhelming but if it’s your first time just choose the more expensive com tam on the menu. I normally choose the pork chop + egg cake. I accidentally chose bbq pork not the pork chop but it’s still good.
Service is quick and place is clean enough. No complaints tbh.

This is my family’s favorite restaurant. Com tam is the highlight, but imo this place has the best pho in San Jose. Buy one get one free boba is just icing on the cake. Comfortable interior with a lot of good energy. Food comes out quickly. There is a reason all the Vietnamese families come here nowadays after the remodel.

When you’re outside in this plaza, you might be wondering what all the big smoke is that pillows the parking lot once every 5 minutes. Its mostly coming from here which somehow is a pretty effective advertisement if i say so myself! When you walk in however, you could be asked to wait as this restaurant specializing in com tam rice plates is pretty popular in the area. (And the 3rd business i seen with thien huong on their name, is this just a really diverse family of restaurants?) Once you get seated however, its A pretty nice lively atmosphere with modern design elements and materials used from the ceiling to the tables! I also like how they incorporated some TVs showcasing their menu items such as their $7 boba… But look on their very simple paper menu and there’s a lot of choices involved, however, unfortunately there’s no orange rice that could see which was a shame. There is also pho offered. I highly recommend you take any dish with the korean short ribs and shrimp as those were my favorite, there are some other options, including a bean curd wrapped shrimp and fish cake. Each dish also comes with salad and chicken soup which was very nice. The ordering was very easy and the server understands which number that you want to order. Overall, its a pretty nice and wouldn’t mind coming back to try the pho!

Very popular and busy. I’ve only eaten in the restaurant, but you can see they have tons of takeout orders. Seated quickly. Fairly standard Vietnamese restaurant: pho, rice plates, spring rolls, etc. They overdue the green onions in the pho but the steak is tender and amazing. The BBQ chicken rice plate was just ok. Chicken was dry. Egg rolls were fried just right but the taste was nothing special. Order at the table and pay at the register after you dine. Just give them the table number, which is clearly shown on each table. The rice plates arrive fast, probably cuz the food’s all ready. Pho takes a little longer.

The food was good as always and service was not bad. The wait on the other hand was just ridiculous. We had to wait for more than an hour. We can’t really blame them as the electricity was out at Story so most of the restaurants were closed.
