The menu hits all the Vietnamese classics: a solid lineup of Vietnamese appetizers, cơm tấm (broken rice), bún (vermicelli) bowls, and plenty of traditional Vietnamese drinks to round out the meal. Everything feels comforting, well-portioned, and thoughtfully prepared.
What really stands out—besides the food—is the value. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for today: vermicelli dishes range from $12–$15, and broken rice plates from $12–$17. For the quality and portion size, it’s honestly a steal.
The owner was the one who took my order, and they were genuinely kind and personable, which made the experience even better. That personal touch goes a long way and really reflects the heart behind the restaurant.
If you’re ordering delivery, it’s great—but if you can, come in person. It’s noticeably cheaper and well worth it. Cơm Tấm Kiều Giang is comforting, affordable, and run with care—exactly the kind of neighborhood Vietnamese spot you want to keep coming back to.
The entries get a tiny bit pricey but they give you huge portions so there’s a good chance you might not finish your food. Like 2 entries for 3 people would be ideal.
What to order? Just choose between rice or noodes, and literally pick and choose what meats/items you want in it
The service is just really friendly and so heartwarming that it just puts a smile on your face too. It was relatively quiet when we went but seeing other locals come in with their kids and order “the usual” was so cute

The service was also great. Our waters were constantly refilled, we got seated instantly, and were checked on a good amount. We will definitely come back whenever we’re in town and craving it!
Recommendation to the staff: Bring out the soup, hot, along with the food – not before the food comes out or it will be cold by the time your guests start eating. Maybe add some Vietnamese cultural art to the walls along with some bamboo curtains for the windows.
Large portions, yummy bbq pork chop, and the crispy bean curd was tasty too. I typically stick to the bbq pork chop, but I am glad I tried the crispy bean curd. It was crispy and I was surprised that I liked it. The rice plate came with a fried egg in addition to the egg cake. I got the #1 rice broken rice plate and it came with 4 different meats, soup, rice, over easy egg, and an egg cake. Just that order was enough for 2-3 meals.
