The AYCE (3pm to 8pm) is so worth it. We had the $25 per person. The choices were chicken, beef, pork, pickles, rice and eggs. The meat was tasty, tender and juicy. The staff were also very friendly.

This place is aways packed , we waited 20 minutes before we get seated. We ordeted the marinated pork chop with egg- it was soo delicious and hubby ordered the soup – it was s comforting. I also tried the egg roll-it was excellent. The service is a littke bit slow as this place is full. We did not do the AYCE as it is only available in the afternoon.Plenty of parking as this is in small plaza. We will definitely be back. I recommend this place especially if you likr meals with broken rice.

When you’re thinking of Vietnamese broken rice plates this is the place that serves it well and they don’t skimp on the meat like every place I’ve visited in the Bay Area and cheaper. I’ll have to try the AYCE some time in the future when my wife isn’t with me.

We tried the all you can eat with a few restrictions which we don’t mind like no more than 90 min eating, only 4 shrimps…The food was brought out quite slow. The shrimps weren’t that good so we didn’t ask for second.

You would be better off just order the rice plates or anything other than all you can eat options because it is not really all you can eat with restrictions. The meat was kinda thin and the wrapped meat ( bo la lop) was boiled or steam not bbq.

We came for the ayce but that didn’t start until 5 pm so we just ordered com tam plates. We’ll definitely return though, the food and service was amazing. Everything was well seasoned, the meats were quality and we devoured our plates.

One of my go to places for Com Tam (broken rice dish) in Orange County. I like their #32 on the menu – crispy bean-curd shrimps with charbroiled pork chop. They now offer all you can eat Com Tam too.

I came in at 6:20 there are like 4 tables are occupied and I’m the 3rd table waiting on food. The food came out 30 minutes later for just 1 plate of com tam. 6:50 when it cane out, the other table were 2 people each. Service is so slow food was food but not happy with the same. $18 kinda high imo

I was initially hooked on this spot after a family member introduced me to it. For a while, I came alone and was consistently treated like a king. The food is phenomenal; huge portions of delicious, comforting, home-style cooking.

My usual order is the massive rice plate: grilled beef ribs, chicken, fried shrimp cake, mixed veggies, and a side of soup. It’s a huge plate, and I always loved it!

Everything changed when I came in for a simple to-go order. I ordered at the counter, and the cashier (who spoke a little English, assisted by his manager) took my order. Out of habit, I sat at my favorite table to wait.

That’s when a staff member told me to move to the designated waiting area. I was surprised she didn’t recognize me as a frequent diner she had personally served at that very table. Then, after she brought my order to the new table, she demanded to see my receipt. I showed her, and she proceeded to give me a dirty look before walking to the cashier to confirm I had actually paid and was the correct person.

This level of suspicion and disrespect from someone who should know me is appalling customer service.

The food earns 5 stars, but the service disaster brings my overall rating down to 2 stars. I stopped coming here immediately and am now looking for a new Cơm Tấm spot.

I’ve passed by this spot many times but hadn’t tried it until today, when I stopped by the bakery next door and finally decided to check it out after reading some decent reviews.

I ordered a combo with Cơm Tấm Tàu Hũ Ký, Chả, and Gà for $17, plus a Sườn, Bì, Chả combo for $12 to eat at the restaurant, and another Thịt Nướng, Chả, Bì combo to go, also for $12.

$12 for a 3 item cơm tấm combo is cheap, but unfortunately, the quality was poor.

The meat quality was disappointing. Instead of using real pork chops for the grilled pork, it seemed like they used a cheaper cut. The chả was just okay ,not bad, but nothing special. Overall, the dish was filling, but it lacked the flavor and satisfaction I usually expect from a good cơm tấm plate.

The service was friendly, though a bit slow even though it wasn’t busy at the time. The restaurant itself is clean, has plenty of seating, and plenty of parking spaces around!
