I ordered a meal which came with a drink and fries. I also ordered an additional fry. I received my order but not the drink. I was too busy worried bout my order in the bag being correct and fries being actually cooked ( versus half cooked), napkins and ketchup in bag as well. I got home and realized no drink so I called. The lady asked if I still wanted it and I replied yes I’ll be there but I needed some gas first. I get there and these ppl hand me my drink immediately as I pull up to the window with a sorry for the inconvenience. There was absolutely NOTHING given to compensate for my inconvenience. Every time there’s an issue it’s ALWAYS with 3pm and later folk. I used to like coming here when I first moved to Hammond. Now if I do I have to come at noon or not at all. Nobody wants subpar service, food, etc. As I sit in your parking lot to write this complaint, I think this’ll be the last time in a long while I see you. I can give my money to another business with better food and far better service.

I was there before and it wasn’t too bad, but this time they made me wait over a half hour, my perch was soggy, the fries weren’t done, and the soup separated. I usually give a place 3 strikes, but this was so terrible that I’m never going back.

I can’t say anything bad about this place. Best gyros around. Me and my buddy go every couple of weeks and get gyro plates to dine in and then a carry out order. Big portions and such a friendly staff. Back again tonite for a great meal.

I’ve been going there for over 15 years and always order pizza puff with fries or gyros plate. I was charged over 4 dollars for a small fries. I mentioned to the lady at the drive through why was the bag empty and she said small fries half a bag. I called the manager Gorge delajoya had a bad attitude and was loud over the phone with me. He told me to come back and that if I wanted a large fries he would charge me for the large fries! I paid 4 dollars for fries!! Then he told me I wanted something for free!!! The disrespect! I didn’t ask George for anything free!! Only what I paid for!! The pizza puffs are 4.50 I bought 2 that’s 9.00 dollars I asked for an order of fries was never asked for small medium or large because it usually comes in the white bag one size. I’ve never been asked for a size before. I paid 14 dollars. So you’re telling me a small fire is 4 dollars. Not even with tax this adds up! This is how you treat your customers. Yelling and getting defensive! Unacceptable! I miss the lady in charge for many years. She was always friendly!

Good food, good prices, and great staff!!! The owner is such a pleasure to speak with and we always enjoy dinning in just to hang with the nice staff. Go give it a try and try to find a better Italian beef sandwich, I dare you!

Great job team! My family and I were hungry and have big appetites. We each got a gyros plate, with an extra pita and sauce. Also came with a delicious soup. Big portions hot and fresh! We have at least 2 meals if not 3 from one plate. Very impressed you’ll be our new restaurant when we want Chicago food. Again great job thank you

The food & customer service always is great. My fave is their gyro but I opted for a chicken salad add gyro meat it comes with a pita it was tasty basically have two meals with this forsure .
