Wife wanted some fried catfish ,fries and coleslaw for lunch. I tried to loaded chicken with okra and water . Service was wonderful. The food was nice .

We ordered two ribeyes. They didn’t come how we ordered them, but we swapped them so they were more to our liking.
Decent salad. Corn on the cob wasn’t that good. Sweet Potato could have used more sugar/cinnamon. Yes, we could have asked for more, but since the server forgot the extra butter and the A-1 sauce even after asking a couple of times, we probably wouldn’t have gotten it before we were done eating.
Would nice if they put prices of soft drinks in the menu, or at least the server knew how much they were.
Will return and give it another try.

This is the worst steak we have ever had. The ribeye, sirloin and sirloin tips were very very dry. All 3 have the same special seasoning “salty”. The corn on the cob (frozen bagged corn) is a joke. The baby sweet potatoes! Never again!

Best pork chops ever!!! My son had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. That was the biggest and juiciest burger. Steak fries were smoking hot. Clint got the fried mozzarella sticks. They were cooked perfect.

Took the kids here for a nice dinner on a busy Friday night. Service was good so that made up for some of the other areas.
Food was about 7.5 imo. Appetizers were good but I like to look at the little details. They allowed our plates to pile up while other food came out so it got kind of busy on our table. However our waiter was always filling up our drinks so that compensated for that…Got out main dishes…..Mac and cheese was kind of gummy. The smoked sirloin I ordered came out almost well done and flavor was really smoked type. The other food was delicious.
Got dessert but the menu options is limited for people with nutt allergy.

Really good, mid-western chain steakhouse. The portions are fair to generous and it has the typical western atmosphere. The service was excellent and attentive, our was a little slow but you could tell it was a recent hire. Despite that, she did a great job. Onion Tanglers are a great starter. Very finely sliced onion rings, mixed and tossed with batter and quickly fried. Served hot with a spicy remoulade type sauce. The Texas Salad with an add-on of grilled chicken was large and filling. All of the salad ingredients were fresh and crisp with the chicken being properly grilled with a slight spice & home made ranch dressing. The Colton’s Smothered Chicken was also a good portion, hot and delicious. Paired with the sweet potato made for an excellent meal.

Ordered a medium steak. It was brought to me completely rare. Sent it back to be cooked longer. It was brought back to me, microwaved & still completely rare when cut into. I sent it back to the waitress who gaslit me, accusing me of not knowing what a medium cooked steak looked like. Like I don’t know how I eat my food. Then she brought out a picture to show me what a medium steak looked like (my steak looked like the rare steak, not the medium). Brought my steak back completely over microwaved & inedible. We will not be back.

Went in for a dinner with my wife. Finally got an appetizer about 15 minutes in and got our order placed. I asked for rolls, because none were brought. At around 40 minutes in, still no rolls and the waitress stops and asked me what sides I wanted with my dinner. I told her this was not the service I expect and asked for the check on what we had been served. Got it, paid and left. This is a continuing trend for Coltons. We have loved eating there for years and the service tonight and a couple of times in Conway have thrown shade on a once favorite of ours. I hear Cabot does a good job and I know Batesville does. May just have to travel to get some good Coltons.

I had very good food and food service. The food was good as always. That’s why we went to Colton’s today. We had 2 children celebrating a birthday. I told our server 3 times we had a double birthday. The children were not acknowledged at all the whole time we were there. The children heard adults getting sung Happy Birthday and kept waiting patiently for their turn. Did not happen. We were not even asked if we wanted to order dessert. Just a check dropped off at the table. I try to tip accordingly. I had to take home sad children today so if you wonder why your tip was small. This is why!!!!

The food was so bad!! Dry and cold!! The sweet potato fries were good. My dog could have poured those into a frier!! Their manager took her time coming to the table for me to tell her to take that crap off my bill!! The server knew nothing about nothing!! The burger came out plain with NOTHING on it!! I said no pickles, and they gave me nothing!! I am posting videos and pictures so everyone sees why they closed the one in Hot Springs!! My son wanted to go so bad because his name is Colton, and he wouldn’t touch a thing except the free peanuts!! Get it together or get gone with slow, fast food crap!! I could say a lot more, but if you decide to eat here, good luck to you!! Now my dog can have an entire chicken fried patty of dryness!!
