OMG this is the most amazing bakery! There hasn’t been one thing that I have tried that I did not LOVE! The service is amazing & when I say they go above & beyond for their customers it doesn’t do justice to what they will do. I needed a heart shaped cake for my daughter that another place had messed up the date & literally the turn around time was less than 24hrs. The did & it was amazing! Thank you Thank you so very much. If you are within driving distance STOP BY. I drive over an hour to get here from where I live & it is worth it.

This was my first time at this bakery and it will not be my last. The proprietor was so nice and helpful. I went to get a cassata cake for my mother’s birthday. This cake did not disappoint. Not only was it beautiful, it was absolutely delicious. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the cake. The cannolis were delicious as well. I highly recommend this bakery.

I moved to the area about a year ago, and I get with my friends on a weekly basis. I wanted to surprise them with a nice treat one day, and I found this bakery. Not only were their pastries delicious (I primarily buy cannoli for them), but the staff is super kind and will chat with you about anything with a smile. I’m also excited to support a local business with a history within the community. To have my own, little, local patisserie I can support and buy quality treats at is something I personally treasure.

This place is very so so. Cookies sold singly were dry on a Saturday morning. Their cassata cake is also so so. My family who lives an hour away has requested this cake twice from me ( I live in Parma) on a special occasion. (Who the hell knows why they think this is good) Personally I just don’t get it. For the price, it’s very average. The only time it tasted good to me was when it was a few days old and I was drunk on my period. Lol. Sorry but Betty Crocker box cake mix is better.

I Have known These Amazing People most of My Life. I used to Live across the street from Their Orginal Bakery on 61st and Storer ave . Their Pasteries Have Always Been Better than Everyone Else. I Highly Recommend Them To Everyone

Incredibly rude and disrespectful service. My 84 year old mother was in the car with me and asked me to pull over and get her a PIECE of birthday cake. She was very sad and depressed turning 84 and said a piece of birthday cake would cheer her up.
I went inside and saw the only thing close to a single piece they had was a large cupcake. I asked the girl if she would write “Happy Birthday” on the cupcake. Not a big deal, right?
Some other woman stepped in and said, “not our policy, CAN’T DO IT!” I was completely taken back!
I asked her to please make exception for my elderly mother. She replied, “not our policy and it looks ugly”. I told her, my mother doesn’t care what it looks like, she cares what it says. The other girl waiting on me said, “I’ll do it!”. Again, the other girl who I think is either a manager, or an owner told her not to.
That’s when I told her I’ll never be back here again and I walked out not buying anything. Incredibly rude and no compassion for the elderly. My mother came here as long as they were open. Years!!!!
Neither myself, my mother, or my entire family will never return to this place again.
You could have wrote a simple “Happy Birthday Mom” on that cup cake. IT WAS BIG ENOUGH TO FIT THE LETTERS!

My husband got me a date nut cake today for my birthday, I always ask for date nut, our go to place is closed. The cake was light, a little dry, but not bad. I’m not sure what the icing is made with, no taste at all, almost marshmallowy. The icing was a huge disappointment, it ruined the entire cake.

All of their bakery items look absolutely delicious! I came all the way from Medina just because of their pictures online. Their paczki donuts look just like they’re supposed to! I also got some cannolis and macaroons. I’m so excited to eat all of this when I get home and of course share :-)!
