Great spot for pizza once you get past the sauce being on top. The traditional is very tasty, great crust! The non pizza items I’ve ordered in the past haven’t been great ( $18 ChkParm for 1 piece and a handful of pasta). The chicken fingers clearly came out of the freezer and will not be getting ordered again.

The founders wings had great flavor, wings were jumbo (not my preferred style). Mild wings were basic. Would like to try more things the pizza looks great.

Definitely a niche pizza joint but overall a great pizza. The sauce is a close 10 but the crust is just ok. Not a place we would frequent every time we want pizza but definitely a specialty pizza joint we love to hit from time to time.

I have been going to Colonial for decades and it rarely (if ever) disappoints. The Famous Colonial Pizza paired with the Antipasto salad is the winning combination. Uniquely, Colonial’s pizza has the sauce on top of the cheese and any additional toppings on the very top. Granted, it’s unusual, but it’s delicious. The German Pie is also a favorite. Great beer list with local and import options. Service is great, but it can get busy.

The food was excellent and abundant. We took advantage of the outdoor seating. Service was also excellent and friendly. A little bit pricey for lunch but well worth the visit. The small salad was large enough to feed four of us. We would definitely return next time we return to this city.

My first time ordering here. I got the colonial pizza. It was really good and is the closest you’re going to get to L&B’s Sicilian slice. I think it even had a focaccia base. Nice and crusty but not so much so that it’s tearing up the inside of your mouth. They told me 15 minutes for it to be ready and it was exactly that. The staff was friendly.

No fuss pizza place, serving pizza and some traditional Italian dishes. The food was simple but made right, came out hot and delicious. Our fried calamari was hot and fried just right, with fresh flavor of the sea. Caesar salad with shrimp was simple with some grilled shrimps. The best dish was the upside down pizza with cheese at the bottom and sauce on top. Since the cheese was under the sauce, we could dig in immediately without burning the roof of our mouths. The dough was chewy and sauce had a tangy taste to it. Quite a good pie.

Absolutely amazing food. My best friend recommended this place and it definitely did not disappoint! From the mozzarella sticks, too the garlic knots, and the chicken Parm… Amazing! If you’re in the Easton area, I definitely recommend trying this place out!

If you were ever in Easton PA, this is a must stop it is an old school Pizza/Italian restaurant that has excellent food and I highly recommend. We had their tomato pie with sausage and an anti-pasta salad both of them were excellent, a very reasonable place to eat.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I’ve been here a few times with my husband over the years. I still love their pizza with the sauce on top of the cheese and their antipasto salad. Yum! Still the best. We both enjoyed it. Nice to see an older establishment thriving.
