People kept coming but we were seated pretty quickly! I ordered the meat omelet and it came with home fries (more like scalloped potatoes) and biscuits. My brother ordered chocolate pancakes and it was sooo good. Not too sweet and not too salty. Great for breakfast. I also ordered hot chocolate and that was amazing as well. Any food on the menu is worth trying. And all food is gluten free I believe.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Hostess greated us with the biggest smile and friendliest attitude. Our waitress was similarly friendly, quick and accurate. Our food was out in minutes and it was so delicious! Everyone ate almost everything, with the exception of my husband who wasn’t super hungry to begin with. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!!!!

Went for breakfast before Busch Gardens. It exactly met my expectations. Breakfast food was delicious and service was friendly. Had French toast, scrapple, and eggs all were perfection. Also tried the biscuits- delicious. Would repeat visit!

The breakfast here was a good quality and service was fast. I enjoyed their biscuits a lot. Compared to chain breakfast restaurants like Cracker Barrel, Colonial Pancake House is much superior. We enjoyed the Greek omelet and the colonial breakfast plate. We spent $33 plus tip for both meals and coffee.

Wife chose this restaurant because it had gluten free options. We went on mother’s Day morning around 10:15. Was told there would be a 20 min wait but it was less than 10 mins. Our server came to the table with in 3 mins for drinks and we placed our order within 5 mins. Our food was out in less than 10 mins. I ordered two eggs with bacon. That came with toast and potatoes. All was good. My wife ordered a stack of gluten free pancakes that she liked and commented they were not dry like some gluten free pancakes. The only complaint I would have that it was a little loud but still give 5 stars.

Here’s the deal. The old school pancake house is not only alive, but thriving! -0 minute wait on a Sunday morning, yes please! This place is the real deal. Yolanda was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. You will not be disappointed. Oh and btw, I don’t give 5 starts often.

We had Mother’s Day breakfast here. They offer a gluten free menu and my pancakes were gf and indicated gf by a toothpick. They have omelettes, waffles, and pancakes on the gf menu. Service was very good.

Adorable little cozy breakfast spot. Came during our stay in Williamsburg and enjoyed our breakfast. I had biscuits and gravy on the specials and Eggs Benedict. Service was friendly and our order was perfect. Our food came out fast. Great overall and can’t beat the value.
