We honestly just stopped by to check out the new place, and I think it’s one of the best Latin markets I’ve visited in Minneapolis, with a huge variety of fresh and high-quality Hispanic products. The place was very clean and I loved the tacos from the restaurant inside, we couldn’t resist and had to try them ( authentic Mexican flavor: very delicious, good portion and price ) They also have specials and they thank you for your purchase with a gift from the store ( they gave us two pounds of fresh chicken and a 10% off card for my future purchases! ) And without a doubt, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly, and they have bilingual people who will help you with whatever you need. ¡We will back soon, muchas gracias!

We stopped by here for the first time.
My husband and daughter decided to try the torta and I got a veggie burrito.
No one spoke English.
The torta was plain, rated 1 out of 10, my husband loves eating tortas and this was his least favorite.
My veggie burrito did not come with much. Only hard white rice that has been sitting out for a while and yellow pepper. There were no other veggies or cilantro like what it said it came with.
They had other smaller shops that sold things from Target, Victoria Secret perfumes and lotion and Labubus.
My daughter did go to another shop and get the chocolate strawberry Dubai ice cream, that was also a disappointment.
We won’t be coming back as no one speaks English and the food was terrible. Literally a waste of money.

Good grocery store and very clean. Get ready. There is a butcher shop, 1 restaurant, 1 deli, the food looks great actually 😉 They even have birria, even more creative they have ramen birria. Everything is kinda overpriced especially on the grocery store side but that’s with everything after Covid. There is even an ice cream place inside. A mini pharmacy and the list goes on. We tried to come here on recommendation from a neighbor around 5:30 pm on a Monday to get a burrito. As soon as we got to the back of the store where the hot food is the employee saw us and went to the back room. After standing there and being ignored at the register for 5 minutes we gave up and left. It felt very intentional.

Colonial market is quite possibly the best market in town for ingredients, meat, spices, and everything you could possibly need for the best Mexican-American food and Mexican food.not only does the market have all of the ingredients that you could possibly need, but they also have a wonderful little restaurant inside. It’s in a busy area. They do have a lot to choose from but didn’t have what we needed for what we were making. A lot of people are just standing around the parking lot as if this parking area was a hangout spot. My mom rolled down her window just to get some air and 2 people came asking her for a cigarette. I mean it’s not the business itself but it is the parking lot in front of it.
