Colombia Bakery was okay, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. The beef empanada tasted good, but even though I asked for it warm, it came out cold and a bit chunky inside. The guava and cheese pastry was tasty, but there wasn’t enough filling, and the pastry didn’t seem that fresh. I’d give it 3 stars—decent flavors, but could’ve been better. Reasonable prices.

Terrible Customer Service; the Cashier was rude and had an attitude! I’ve been coming here for years before they did the renovations. I got here early before going into work for breakfast. I ordered a large coffee & chicken empanadas. I asked for cream & sugar. After receiving my coffee I simply asked the cashier if she stirred the coffee after giving it to me. At first I thought she didn’t understand or hear me. I repeated asking her “Did you stir my cup?”. The lady had glasses and kept on ignoring me. I spoke to her in Spanish to see if there was a language barrier. My chicken empanadas had NO meat. It was straight potatoes & whatever fillings they use. Beware when ordering from here or spend your money elsewhere since there are other options. I will not be coming back here. If you value your money or if the management cares about their business BEWARE!

Food was ok. What wasn’t ok was the SERVICE CHARGE!!!! And if you look at the picture, you’re gonna see that on the tip guide the service charge is the same amount as 18% tip charge. I thought the person is supposed to be notified if they’re gonna get charged a service charge. Not only that what service did I get the waitress came took my order brought me my food and afterwards she disappeared. She never came back to ask me if I needed anything else to ask me how was the meal? My wife had to go to the bakery because I wanted something else and that’s when they charges the bill. The place was not busy at all. It was me and my wife and two other tables that’s it. all I know never again for me.

Visited the Colombian Bakery Factory after its re-opening after it was remodel. Really nice new and modern look inside & out. Food was great (ordered beef empanadas, buñelos, pandequesos, cheese & ham bread, hot chocolates & coffee w/cream). All and all, great pricing when compared to rival bakeries from Noches de Colombia & Bonanza which are a bit more pricey). Will definitely be coming back. Enjoy the no hassle of having to wait to be seated. Simply walked in, order, paid and sat down in one of the many tables that open. Bakery management mentioned that they will also be offering breakfast & lunch menus soon. Also noticed that you can place order for cakes for all types of occasions (see pic).

Terrible service. I ordered two hot chocolates and only received cocoa water. The lady had a very bad attitude and just said that everything has a solution. She is a Colombian lady with blonde hair. This is my second time there, and both times she has treated me terribly.

Their baked good are delicious and always fresh. I got my boyfriend a tres leche birthday cake with passion fruit from here and it was out of this world. Everyone was asking where I got it from. Highly recommend. Unsure if they speak English but just point and get what looks tasty

The food was average, Came in the afternoon to have a late lunch and the male server as well as the one of the female servers acted as if we were bothering them. Only one set of silverware for two of us. Had to ask for plates. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Had to go ask for the bill while there are more employees than customers. With so much competition and choices, keep it moving.
