The Coloma Club Restaurant and Bar is nestled in the heart of Californian’s Gold Country. We are on the corner of Marshall Road and Highway 49 just north of Marshall’s Gold Discovery State Park (Sutter’s Mill). This area is the center for whitewater rafting down the South Fork of the American river. Our restaurant is known for great food, generous portions, and reasonable prices! We make home style soup daily and have dinner specials. Our restaurant is open from 6 AM to 9 PM and we also have a large covered patio for your dining pleasure. Our full bar is open from 10 AM until 2 AM, offering many different beers on tap and more in bottles with experienced bartenders mixing all normal drinks including a few specialty drinks you can only get

I went on a Friday night and it was very relaxing and the food was excellent. The prices are very low compared to restaurants in Auburn. For instance a T-bone steak dinner with garlic mash potatoes was $21. My wife had a fried chicken tenders and fries and it was $14. The server was very nice an we were the only people eating there the whole time.

Had dinner at the Cafe at the Coloma Club and it was yummy, liver and onions. Great cafe atmosphere and excellent service. Would definitely eat here again.

Took a ride for lunch with the group. There was 10 of us. Staff took it in stride. Great service. Fun waitress who was efficient, personable and energetic.
Food was excellent with a short turnaround time. I had the Wammi which was 2 beef patties cheese big roll tomatoes lettuce and onions. Came with a bowl of counrty beans which were excellent. My wife had a turkey pastrami sandwich and loved it. We weren’t rushed and sat having a great time. We’ll be back.

Not to serve people passed their limit even though that’s kind of their job do not ever sell a person a shot that you just warned not to get drunk and then get upset at the sober person trying to protect them.
You need to serve your customers properly and not get them to the point of falling down drunk and then get mad when they’re drunk. That’s all I have to say about that.

We walked in and the whole restaurant smelled like sewer. It was grimy and dark. The waitress was very friendly and immediately took drink orders. We apologized and paid for the drinks and had to leave. There’s no way we could eat in a stinky environment. I kept trying not to dry heave. And if it stank what’s the kitchen look like? Didn’t eat food. So no rating on that….

Kathy our server was friendly funny and was very attentive to our group of five. Patio service so our dog LuLu was welcome. Plus 1⭐️for that, and for being open 7-days a week. Lunchtime mid week food was good but not great. Worth a stop if you’ve never been.

This is a fun restaurant. It’s a great place for a breakfast before a river trip. The potatoes are available as home fries, or country style. Our waitress apparently has a side job as a comedian. We had an enjoyable time here and no doubt will return many times.

Cannot recommend. Poor service, worse cook. Flies all over the windows. Scrambled eggs overcooked, omelet runny inside, overcooked outside. The biscuits were good. Gravy fresh out of the Sysco packaging. $28. Pass. Seems like they must be use to complaints since she laughed when I told her we didn’t like it. Never again.

We ordered a grilled chicken breast smothered in mushrooms, steak sandwich, watermelon milkshake. Fast service. The chicken came with a simple salad but it was really good!!! It came with beets and beans! Everything else was really good too. The milkshake was good but it was a bit sweet.
