Great place! If you are looking for a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner this is a great option. The sandwiches, soups, fries, and ice cream are all delicious. The staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. Dine in or enjoy the great views dining outside. We highly recommend the soft peanut butter ice cream!

A Scenic and Nostalgic Retreat
My visit to Collinsville Drive-In in Brogue, Pennsylvania, was a delightful journey into the past. The drive from Wrightsville, meandering through picturesque old country roads, set the tone for a serene and memorable experience.
Upon arrival, the establishment’s rich history was immediately evident. Originally opened as the Collinsville Drive-In Theatre in the 1940s, the site has evolved while retaining its nostalgic charm. The outdoor seating area offers a tranquil setting, allowing patrons to savor their meals amidst the peaceful countryside backdrop.
While the ambiance and setting are exceptional, there is potential for the culinary offerings to more closely align with the establishment’s rustic heritage. Incorporating more traditional country-style dishes could enhance the dining experience, providing a cohesive reflection of the drive-in’s historical roots.
Recognizing that Collinsville Drive-In is a small, family-owned business, it’s evident that the foundation for greatness is already in place. With thoughtful enhancements to the menu and service, this establishment has the potential to become a standout attraction in the region, drawing visitors from near and far.
In summary, Collinsville Drive-In offers a unique and nostalgic dining experience that captures the essence of a bygone era. With some refinements, it could solidify its place as a cherished destination for both locals and travelers seeking a taste of authentic Americana.

We found this place while cruising the back roads a couple of weeks ago and decided to return today. Both visits we have gotten the Beef BBQ which has a very tasty bbq sauce and sauteed onions but today I realized that it appears as though they use a chopped up hamburger, not fresh ground beef which was a little disappointing. Today we ordered a chili dog and while the hot dog was a nice size the chili was literally non-existent as you can see in the photo, perhaps a spoonful was added to the middle of the bun. The fries seemed to be fresh and hot but nothing to write home about. I do love their cole slaw, sweet and creamy and only 50 cents per container and the chocolate shake we got today was also very good. One other thing, not sure if the pup cups are free or if there is a charge for them because the receipt I was given both times was just for the credit card and was not itemized but they only put a very small amount of ice cream in the cup, next time we will just pay for a kids cup for our golden puppy. Staff is friendly, their prices are good and there is lots of parking but this place seems to always be busy and the line can get pretty long (especially for the ice cream side) so be patient.

This place is top notch we came in andbgot a chicken sandwich and a burger with fries. First everything was delicious but you can really tell they hand make their fries! They’re very good, second the view in the back is beautiful. Perfect if you have a dog. I got a fresh strawberry sundae and will drive out of the way to get another. I highly recommend this place.
Fast friendly service, clean establishment

Friendly staff & fairly fast service! Extremely clean!
This little hole in the wall looking shack was suggested to us by a Facebook group, so we set sail and drive through the corn fields in the country side to put them to the test! We orders grilled cheese w/bacon, pizza burger, bacon ranch cheddar fries for our first visit…..The food is incredible, this place reminds me of back home in Ohio, a Mom & Pop place that is a rarity, something your Grandpa would say “They don’t make em like that anymore”. This place was so busy! We also decided to try their ice cream, Carmel Sundae & a Peanut Butter ripple milkshake, both we very delicious, can’t wait to try more. Their menu is pretty big, you can either sit in or order ice cream outside. Definitely a must try if you never have before!

Tjis is definitely a dive if you look critically at the appearance. But we honestly were charmed by the old fashioned appearance.
Delicious tuna hoagie. Small but yummy cheeseburger. Thick but blech fries. Clean and nice people.

I’ve been going here since I was a child with my parents. I went there today with my son and his children. I just got something they went home to eat, I got the chicken platter and it was delicious as always with the fresh cut fries in the coleslaw. When you walk into this place it smells like coming home. I almost cried. Today is 29 years since my dad died. He took his best friends there almost every weekend for dinner.

Nice drive-in diners. They are only open Thursday thru Sunday. Also the usually close during winter time. They have a Facebook page to check times/days open and specials.

First time stopping here and grabbing a bite to eat. Wife has a delicious, freshly curlt grilled ham and cheese that she loved and I had a Philly Cheesesteak that was so delicious I forces myself to eat the rest when I got home. The ladies serving us were a pleasure and the whole atmosphere was a delight. Will be back for more.
