Love coming to collins!!! The service is great and fast, even when its busy. I like sitting on the dining room side and there’s a lovely woman who normally serves me. Some of my favourites are the blue cheese buffalo cauliflower, the salads, the tossed chicken stripes and fish and chips. Their beef dip is also amazing.

We stopped by Collins Brewhouse after a hike, drawn in by the promise of a dog-friendly patio — and it didn’t disappoint! They even had water bowls ready for our pup, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The service was fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and quick to check in. We ordered the chicken sandwich and the blue cheese burger, both delicious and satisfying. Drinks came out quickly, and the overall vibe was relaxed and inviting. It’s a great spot to unwind with a patio drink, especially on a warm day.
There’s plenty of municipal parking nearby (both street and lot options), making it super convenient. Highly recommend if you’re in the area — especially if you’ve got a dog in tow!

My son passed away on December 29.
I wanted a place to have a proper reception for him after the funeral mass and burial that was close to the cemetery.
My mind was a total muddle!
I called and arranged on New Year’s Eve a reception and spoke with Erin. She arranged everything. We booked the room downstairs and I couldn’t decide what to order . But Erin said she would pick the items.
It was perfect.
Ryan was our server and he was wonderful.
The room was great for everyone to relax.
The food was fantastic, wings, potato skins, spring rolls, perogies, and so much more. I kept calling not knowing exactly what time we all would arrive
. I really wasn’t sure how long everything would take. Thank you Erin and Ryan! Everyone actually had a memorable afternoon.
Everyone was kind and helped make a sad day , special.

First time dining here. It is now on my top ten list of fave restaurants. Friendly, inviting, clean and spacious. Our server Ronnie is fantastic! Her intuitive style left us wanting for nothing. I had the gyro wrap with creamy coleslaw side. Wow. Fresh, made in house (even the tatziki sauce), you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back. 5/5 stars + 1 for Ronnie.

Been here a few times and have really enjoyed myself. When the weather is nice the patio is great. It’s an awesome location right in Dundas and you can go for a nice walk before or after. Servers have all been friendly and everyone I’ve been with has enjoyed their food a lot. Will continue to be a go-to spot when in Dundas

We ate in one of their domes. Beautiful ight with snow made for perfect experience. I wish they were going to be longer. It would be a great valentines venue. Poor servers though. Food was so good and atmosphere like no other. Great experience

Undoubtedly the best ranch dressing I’ve ever had. Full of dill and made in house! I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with the dipping sauce when I ordered wings and fries, but I did. The Cajun dry rub was fine, flavour was there but I guess I should’ve expected that it was dry. Spicy honey was fine as well, good wings but nothing special. Their fries are chunky and well seasoned, great dipped in the ranch too! It was a quiet Thursday night, great spot to just chill out.

The Collins Brewhouse has a very nice and very large patio, especially on a nice spring or summer day.
The Bar area is very large too if you want to watch sports etc. Not sure why anyone would on a gorgeous day lol. Food was very good and so was the service. Recommended.

I tried Collins recently and opted for a burger. I asked for a Caesar salad with the dressing on the side, which was a good choice. The salad and burger were both a decent size.
The highlight was the pork schnitzel. It was very nice, with a big portion and tasty flavor. The staff were friendly and the place stays open late. There’s also some street parking around, which is convenient.
Overall, a good spot to check out for a satisfying meal. The food is tasty and the service is great. I’ll definitely be back.
