Great place to eat as my job is nearby. The husband can be rough around the edges. As long as he’s on the phone, we know he’s not cooking. His wife, different and I love her cooking. Prices are decent, BUT be sure to get price on phone as their menus aren’t updated.

Convenient location for the Office Park, very personable service, people seem to know the staff on first name basis. Only downside I saw was that the person taking orders would occasionally try to help short order cooks between orders but did not wash his Hands nor wore gloves after touching all over that register that I’m sure has not been cleaned in years. Maybe just me but I don’t like other people’s bare hands on my slices of bread for a sandwich

People appear to know the personnel by name, the office park is conveniently located, and the service is quite friendly. My only complaint was that the order taker would sometimes try to assist the short order cooks in between orders, but he never wiped his hands or put on gloves after handling the register, which I’m sure hasn’t been cleaned in years. Perhaps I’m the only one, but I find it unpleasant when strangers touch my sandwich bread with their bare hands

Owner seemed to be quite rude. Food was good but not worth the feeling of a customer taking up the owner time. No place in customer service for such rudeness. If you don’t feel you should be courteous and friendly why even get into the restaurant business. Interesting the number of other reviews that experience same thing

The service was horrible! Upon walking in to an empty restaurant, the guy sounded irritated because my husband and I came in and interrupted his time browsing on his phone. He rushed us to order and was very rude. I will never come back if this is the level of service that this restaurant has. Also the sandwich I had was pretty basic and I could have gotten a better one from a gas station.

This use to be a great convenient place to eat within Trade Zone Industrial Park. I just ordered a Hamburger and the quality of the burger has gone down but the price $4.69 has not. The hot bar looks dry. I think this will be my last visit to this establishment. I’ll rather go to Arbys , McDonald, Wendy’s or WAWA and get the whole crappy meal for $5.00. Unbelievable.
