Chill vibe, laid back environment. The bartender was attentive, the drinks were pretty good. Food was fresh. They had drinking and dining only sections. Bathrooms were clean. Would recommend!

Pretty nice sports bar and grill at the end of main street in the old part of Park City. It has a good vibe to it and there are tv’s everywhere to give you glimpses of various sports entertainment. They even have a pool table out front for playing. The service was wonderful and the food was very good and tasty, however, they have large portions that were hard to finish. Great place to grab a bite after shopping on historic main street or skiing for the day.

We took a drive from Salt Lake City to Park City. This is a ski resort in winter. I visited in summer so no snow. The are is beautiful. Collier’s is on the bottom end of the old main road. The service was great and our waiter made sure we were looked after. Friendly and efficient. I tried the fish and chips. Good choice.

I’m so glad I decided to walk into Collies! I ordered the garlic parm buffalo wings, mac n cheese, and fries – everything was so extremely good! The ranch even was super tasty. I got the butter toffee cake and ice cream for dessert, I’m packed but I am satisfied lol Jacob was my serve and he was the best, checked in the perfect amount of times and never left me needing anything!

We came for lunch this past Sunday at about noon. The host was holding the front door open, blocking the entrance. There was a lady in front of us telling the host she would like to see a menu, but she ended up leaving when the host didn’t move out of the door. We were next in line, and the host was also not letting us in the door to seat us — I thought maybe they were full or closing. I should have walked away like the other lady. The host eventually sat us and proceeded to yell at the other staff about the tvs. This was a common occurrence during our very brief stay. One of the waitresses even threw her hands up in frustration. We were so uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but unfortunately we had already ordered. It was not busy at all, but our waitress hardly checked on us— a table that sat next to us shortly after we arrived left before ordering because no one paid any attention to them. The people that filled their seats had eaten and left before we were brought the check, even though we finished eating at the same time. The food was okay. The water was nasty. I definitely wouldn’t go back.

My husband and I recently spent a few days in Park City and decided to try Collie’s for lunch. It was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and hot. I had the fish and chips, which had a light and crispy breading—just the right amount. I also enjoyed a Bloody Mary with just the right amount of spices. Overall, it was a five-star experience for both food and service.

Family of 4 (Two adults and Two Teens) on vacation had lunch there and it was great. Food was great with many options to choose from. The staff and servers were very friendly and accommodating. We had BBQ ribs, Mac/cheese, Wings, BBQ quesadilla and Fried Garlic Cheese Curds. Everything was amazing whole family satisfied.

Would recommend this place! Servers are super nice and friendly and there are a lot of sports fans! Food is pretty good and the service is good even when it’s crowded. There is usually a wait time though to get in though when there’s a big sports event going on!

The sweet potato fries were incredible.
Kona on draft was a great local pale ale choice for beer.
Patio was beautiful, shaded, and right against Main Street with plenty of dogs.

My wife had a hankering for wings while we were in Park City, so we started looking around.
Apparently PC isn’t known for great wings, cuz there aren’t a lot of options, but Collies had a few choices so we paid them a visit.
She ordered Mango Habanero Chicken Wings, and I got a Climax sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries.
The wings were alright. A bit too spicy for me to enjoy more than one. Also they left a radioactive color of yellow on anything they touched. Wings are already messy, so adding such a bright color to that mess is… well… a mess.
The Climax sandwich was good. I’m pretty easy to please with pulled pork, so I enjoyed it a lot. It won’t blow you away if you’re comparing it to a true BBQ pulled pork sandwich from the South. But if you compare it to a neighborhood potluck, then you’ll be pleased.
The sweet potato fries were yummy. You’ll have to ask for fry sauce, as it is not included by default, but they were happy to provide it after asking.
The server was from Romania, and she was fun to talk to. We asked about her life and she was happy to share. Good conversation, pretty decent food, and a solid view of the mountains of Park City.
If you’re on Main Street and need a bite, this is a good bet.
