First time customer and we were impressed! Very fast service and yummy food! This is a to go restaurant, someone was there to greet us, took the order right away and we paid once they brought the food out. Very friendly service!

This is take out only. We usually order a 9×13 lasagna for special occasions. It’s always well made and delicious! They make everything Italian plus sandwiches. I definitely give them a thumbs up.

I was brought here by a person I work with. I don’t live in Pueblo so I don’t get here as much as I would like but I can’t speak highly enough for the food. The Everything sub, The Meatball sandwich, and all the pasta dishes I have tried here are delicious. The workers are friendly and work quickly but this is not a fast food restaurant so plan on your order taking a few minutes to get made. A little longer if they are really busy, but it is worth the wait. I absolutely recommend try out Collette’s if you haven’t already!

Collettis’s is a Pueblo tradition and all of their food is excellent! I particularly like their gnocchi/Cavvitelli’s that taste just like what my grandmother made when I was a child. Next time you’re in a hurry for a really good meal at a reasonable price try them out and they even do family sized dinners too!

I picked up a catering order last week and just had to come back and try the sandwiches!! I got the capicolla salami and provolone with the roasted peppers on the side and it was delish!! I must say I didn’t expect the peppers to be spicy but WOW I could breathe again after trying them! Thanks for a great lunch guys!!
