I had a great experience at Collard Greens Cafe in DeKalb County! The food was pretty good—my turkey wings was just a tad dry, even though it looked moist on the outside. The real stars of my dish were the mac & cheese and the greens—absolutely amazing! And for anyone curious, they don’t put sugar in their greens (thank you for keeping them authentic!).

The service was top-notch! Miss T, who served me, was amazing. The whole staff was wonderful, but Miss Joyce really stood out—thank you so much! I also want to give a shout-out to Miss Ann for helping serve my food.

The only small downside is that they don’t offer samples before you order, which would be nice if you’re thinking about trying something new instead of your usual go-to. But even so, you can always stick with what you know you like.

I highly recommend Collard Greens Cafe for both the delicious food and the incredible staff!

Just being honest. Visit yesterday was a terrible experience. Dressing was super dry, the gravy did not help. Cheese in the macaroni would not melt and tasted bland. Meat loaf and chicken were ok. I told the staff 3 times the pink lemonade was out and no one reacted. I will not even get started with the wife plate. Fyi thank you

My veggie omelet was outstanding, & vibrantly beautiful in that the colors of the veggies were still saturated because they were not over-cooked. The collard greens & cabbage were also well seasoned & tender. I went on a Sunday, so, it took 35 mins to get my food including the wait in line & them preparing it fresh-to-order. And be prepared with backup choices, in case they’ve run-out of the item you wanted. Waiting in line is expected for good food, just prepare yourself for the wait.

Despite having a 77 score, I was craving turkey wings so I still decided to purchase. But after tasting the turkey wings I can see why. The turkey wings tasted stale like it was made days ago. This is my last time supporting this business. Definitely not worth the $18.35 price. I have had turkey wings from Q-Time off 20 on the West End and hands down it’s much tastier and more affordable.

If you’re going to Name the Restaurant after a particular food, For The Love of All Things Food , Please at least let that item be the BEST THING ON THE MENU.
In this case that’s Not the case. The Collard Greens taste and look like they were taking out of a bag ,put in Only water, boiled, then put on the serving table. Why?

Perfect baked salmon in unreal spices, so fresh, incredible greens, we got 6 orders to take with, oxtail was awesome, sweet potato souffle was unreal, chicken looked amazing, folks were friendly, prices were good. Went here today for the first time with my dad and brother. Got here around 1:40pm. It was not crowded at all, we were all surprised considering it was a Saturday and weekend day. Hahahah, I had ordered the meatloaf with macaroni and cheese with collard greens cooked in turkey, sweet tea and and a slice of pound cake. Reasonable prices and food was hot and delicious . Friendly staff and quick service. If you are ever in the Stone mountain area, please go by and check them out!!

As an Atlanta native, I can say this is hands down one of the best soul food restaurants Ive been to in a long time. 10 out of 10!!!!! I had the turkey wings over rice with Mac n cheese and collard greens. Flavorful, welcoming staff and superb service!

Overall, I enjoyed the food, and I recommend anyone who likes soul food to give it a try. If you are looking for something quick and have the same taste as a good home cooked meal to make a stop here. We ate here for dinner, didn’t get a chance to try any breakfast or lunch. Staff was very friendly and welcomed everyone that entered the restaurant. It’s really cute inside, you notice the greenery and digital art on the ceiling. It’s almost set up as a buffet style but they serve you. We had the Salmon dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans for a side and the smothered fried chicken with macaroni and sweet potato souffle. Each dinner came with a corn bread, and they gave big portions. I didn’t care for the chicken, but it was okay. Everything had good flavor, seasoned well and not salty. The sweet potato souffle was delicious, and I didn’t need dessert after because that took the place of sweets. We had the strawberry lemonade that is manufactured in Tucker GA, and it was so good. (I did get the red velvet cake but we haven’t tried it yet.)

Went here because I was told the food was good. My meal was cut short due to the rubber-band found in my greens. I purchased two meals spent over $50 and it’s inedible. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund.
