My husband and I were here a few years ago and it was lovely. This time it was a waste of time and money. We were the second couple in at 5pm. There was an overwhelming odor that was nauseous a flammable fluid I assume from the candles recently being lite. We were seated promptly by a window. Lewis waited on us. He did an excellent job. Very friendly. Worked very hard. We started with a so, so appetizer and two good glasses of wine. We then we’re served a palate cleanser which was the best tasting thing we had the whole evening. I was really shocked at how the server was the person who did everything including cleaning the table. The dirty plates just sat for the longest before being removed. Our entree was the Asian duck. Oh my gosh, the duck tasted so old and so salty that we were just devastated. Then they surprise me with a birthday rum cake slices with fresh cream and a candle which were the second best thing we had. I thank them very much for this but it didn’t make up for the horrible dining experience with the food. Definitely not worth the over $100 price tag. And one last thing. We told them that it was way too salty. We told our waiter and we told the lady that walked around that looked like she might be the manager. They did not do a thing to make our experience better. Very poor management.

Collage is one of the best restaurants in St Augustine. It’s small, so you absolutely need reservations.

Wow! The whole experience start to finish was incredible. Truly remarkable food and service in a beautiful quaint space. Great for an anniversary or birthday – or if you’re a foodie like myself. We had the catch of the day, scallops special, special salad, and coffee cake and donuts. Everything was exquisitely cooked, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed. Very impressed! Would absolutely recommend and we will come back again and again!

It’s hard to give this restaurant a 4 star rating when part of the experience was not their fault. The wine list is exceptional. The duck was slightly dry but the flavor outstanding. Lobster ravioli was excellent despite being slightly under seasoned. The problem was the customer on a cell phone for 10-15 minutes. Some people have no class. Please add a decadent chocolate dessert, without coffee in it.

One of the best experiences I’ve had, not only in St. Augustine, but in general. Food is fantastic, flavorful and one of a kind. Our service was delightful. The atmosphere is romantic. We were pleased with all of our food. The dessert alone is worth coming for.

All I can say is I wish I had more! More money to buy the food, and tried even more items on the menu! If you’re looking for a wonderful culinary experience, this one is quite high on the list.

Based off the reviews, I was excited to try this place out. We were seated and told that Luis would be with us shortly. Another young lady got our drinks and we waited for about 15 minutes before Luis got to our table. We knew what we wanted, so we ordered and he went on his way. As our server, he only took our initial order, checked on us once, and brought us the check. I wish I could remember the lady’s name. She brought us our bread, our refills, our sherbet (pallet cleanser), food, and checked on us frequently. Normally I would not have been put off, but it was extremely apparent that Luis showed a majority of his attention to another two tables. He brought their bread, refills, food, and checked on them repeatedly, while simultaneously bypassing our table over a handful of times. We ordered an appetizer, the agnolotti, and it was undercooked and while it wasn’t awful, it was lacking in flavor. As entrees we got the lobster ravioli and the beef tenderloin and both were extremely good. When we got our check we noticed that we were charged for a surf and turf that we never ordered. Luis apologized, but it again showed the lack of attention that he provided to us throughout the entire night. While I wanted to love this place, I believe there are other alternatives in the area that have superior service and food, and are less in price. The service alone will deter me from trying this place again.

Elegant and rustic restaurant located in the center of Saint Augustine, FL. Small but cozy living room in warm tones that allude to a cabin. As for the excellent dishes, flavor, presentation. The dessert: Crème Brûlée (of my favorites) The impeccable service and always with a smile on the face, in addition to mentioning that they keep the cleanliness on the table between each dish. Very satisfied with this beautiful place, we would definitely visit it again.

Two and a half hour dining experience. The appetizers (Tenderloin Bruschetta) were burt at the bottom. The waitress was slow bringing out drinks and forgot to bring out the appetizer. The Asian Inspired Duck was outstanding.Overall I would give it one more shot.
