Korrine delivered outstanding service to my family and me. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly — I didn’t even realize at first that she would be our server for the evening! She made the entire experience feel welcoming and seamless.
The food was absolutely delicious. I’m honestly shocked that y’all don’t already have 5 stars, because you definitely get all of mine! Even the busser was incredible as well — everyone contributed to such a positive experience.
My brother just got married and chose Colin’s for us to celebrate and eat together, and it truly felt like a family atmosphere. We will definitely be making this a frequent stop.

Friday Night Experience — A Tale of Two Restaurants.
On Friday, February 20, 2026, I went to Colins Seafood & Grill on Northern Parkway for a monthly dinner with a friend. The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded when we arrived. A staff member greeted us kindly and mentioned someone else would assist us shortly. After that, we waited close to 20 minutes without any updates. No one checked in on us, and we weren’t sure what the delay was.
Waiting isn’t the issue. What matters is communication. A simple update or acknowledgment goes a long way in helping guests feel seen and valued. Without that, the experience starts to feel uncertain.
We decided to leave and headed to Pappas Seafood Restaurant in Towson. There, we were greeted quickly, given a clear estimate of the wait time, and seated sooner than expected. The atmosphere felt organized and welcoming, and the overall experience was noticeably stronger.
Sharing this as thoughtful feedback. Service sets the tone for the entire evening. With more consistent front-of-house attention, Colins could create a much better first impression.

I enjoyed my experience at Collin’s. My sister gave me a surprise retirement party there in the private room and the our waitress was on point serving 20 plus people. I know her name started with a “C” The food was really good , service was excellent. So whoever worked the 3:00 party on Saturday NOV 15 , 2025 in the private room , kudos to the chef , bartenders, server, hostess and staff.

We dined her on our way to Jazz Club and the food and service was excellent! Our server Dawayne delivered top notch service. The turkey wings with the Mac n Chz and greens was full of flavor!! I will definitely return when I’m in town.

It was a first visit at Colin’s Seafood & Grill and it was enjoyable. For a Friday evening it was busy but not too bad. We were seated within 15 minutes and our Server Kim was welcoming and personable. The drinks were great and our food was delicious. And WOW do they give you a lot of food. The prices were reasonable and we all had a good time. I did enjoy the catfish but it was a thicker catfish so they weren’t able to fry it as crispy and tender as I am used to. Still it was seasoned well and I ate the edges more than the thicker inside/middle. The turkey wings were fork tender, so definitely try them out.

I drive almost an hour to go here, and for me, they have never let me down!!! I always get the Salmon (I’m such a seafoodie) lol and although the mac n cheese can fluctuate, I think it’s delicious!!!

The food (fried shrimp and shrimp and grits) was on point. But how do you mess up hot tea? I sent it back twice due to dirty cup and spoon the 1st time. The 2nd time I checked the cup and it was clean. The spoon was already in the hot water so I proceeded to make my tea. After stirring was getting ready to taste the sweetness and to my chagrin, the spoon was dirty dirty. After sitting in the hot water all that time, there was still crud on spoon. Sent it back again but was not talking another chance. I’m thirsty though

Went out Sunday and out waitress Charlie was excellent. The food was good but the greens could be cooked longer they were under cooked for me but the pork chops and sweet potatoes were really yummy! Thanks Charlie for your super duper service!

I’ve ordered the seafood alfredo before. Never had an issue in the past. This is unacceptable. Shrimps and scallops were burnt. So hard I couldn’t eat them. How do a chef serve food like this? I wouldn’t serve this to anyone.
