Colette’s Ice Cream delivered an unforgettable experience for our staff Christmas party. They brought their ice cream cart out to Adventures by the Sea so that when we returned from our Surrey scavenger hunt, everything was ready, beautifully set, and served with genuine care. Their service, by their employee Levi, was flawless. He was warm, attentive, and dialed-in to every detail without being mechanical or making us feel rushed.
And the ice cream? Exceptional. We chose four flavors for our team, and each one was a hit. Brown Butter Pecan was rich and deeply comforting, Grinch Peppermint was bright and festive, and the Chocolate Brownie was exactly what it sounds like—decadent in the best way. They also provided a dairy-free option that our team appreciated, and even though we can’t remember the exact name, it was outstanding. Nobody felt left out, and everyone walked away feeling treated.
They definitely worth the drive to their storefront location in Pacific Grove or if you’re hosting an event and want a vendor who brings joy, excellence, and a product everyone will rave about, book Colette’s. They made our celebration better, sweeter, and more memorable. Five stars—without hesitation.

I LOVE this ice cream!!! The chocolate cherry flavour is my new obsession. I never thought I would find something that beat Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia, but this has so much more cherry and just the best flavour and is sooo creamy! I have also tried the dairy free options and been blown away that they don’t taste like dairy free options. And what a cute little shop! Such a fun place to take the kids. I am ready for another waffle cone…

This place absolutely rocks. It’s our new favorite ice cream in the Monterey area! The biscoff and butter pecan were out of this world.
Additionally, the kids working tonight were so polite and professional. They greeted us with big smiles, answered all our questions, and offered samples. Even when there were no customers they focused on keeping everything tidy. Love to see that.

First time at Colette Ice Cream in PG and it was such a fun stop! The staff was welcoming and kind, and the shop’s red-tiled steps in the corner make for such a cool, unique backdrop. I got strawberry and salted caramel on a waffle cone — creamy, flavorful, and so satisfying. Definitely a must-try spot when you’re in PG!

My husband and I found Colette’s while on our first trip to the area, and we came back 3 days in a row! The espresso ice cream was to die for (as recommended by a regular customer while we stopped in for a coffee), and my husband was THRILLED that they had dairy free options!! The funky monkey was banana based and very creamy. I came back a third time for the coffee because their vanilla latte was killer. Still thinking about it while home in Seattle. Excellent staff and major kudos on the branding! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing and awesome! Friendly and welcoming. The ice cream quality and ingredients is top notch! They care about what goes into crafting their product and it shows. The coffee almond fudge ice cream is fantastic. The coffee flavor is so good and the whole candied almonds fresh. The minty chip is perfection. Wife said the pistachio and the coconut cream flavors really good too. This place is walkable for us so yay but no matter where you live they are worth the drive!! Excited to have this new Ice cream spot in PG!!! You scream I scream and we all scream for ice cream!!!!

So excited for Pacific Grove’s new ice cream shop! I attended their grand opening today and tried their pistachio ice cream. It was yummy and I can’t wait to return to try other flavors. This is a family owned business where they make the ice cream on site. They were kind and thoughtful and wanted to fill a much-needed void in town. I’m told their coffee is incredible too!
