Super cute bakery! My family and I were in the area so we stopped in. Pleasant surprise to find out it was a French bakery, we got a variety of desserts to try! My son and husband eat a few before I could get the full pic we got what’s pictured plus a few macaroons , and a couple of other items I don’t know the name of ! It was all yummy! The ladies working were friendly!

Those who seek shall find! ✌️After some searching around the Boston area, I can finally say with confidence: Yep, this is it, found it! A bona fide Parisian bakery, and her name is Colette.
A small, cozy café with unmistakable charm in the sweetest details: baguette-shaped pillows and signature stamps on the tables. The lady at the front was kind, helpful, and with a warm smile. Thank you! Colette has three locations in the area. The Boston shop is more petite than in Medford, yet it still offers a lovely selection of viennoiseries.
I loved everything I’ve tried so far: fresh, delicious, and true to its design. The choux in the chocolate éclair was just right, and the tiramisu macaron was perfect. Melts in your mouth, with impeccable flavor balance: creamy, well composed, and never overwhelming. It may be the best macaron I’ve ever had. Mhmm… yes, even better than at Ladurée.
A small tip: arrive early or pre-order online if there’s something specific you’d like to try. They sell out quickly. I’ll be back for more! ❤️☺️

Great little bakery, run by actual French people. Despite the presence of the French this place is a vibe. The pastries are delicious, the service is good and the place is cute. I would recommend the ham and cheese croissant or the vanilla bean flan. If you live in Somerville Medford and you have not been, huh, why?

Closest thing to a french patisserie/viennesoire(?)/boulangerie in both quality and in price youll find in the area. The staff is friendly and the pastries even better.
I enjoy that their croissants are softer and not just crisp.

The hazelnut chocolate entremets were absolutely divine… I can’t stop thinking about them. The tarte citron was perfect, with a balanced blend of sweetness and tanginess, and the crisp pastry was spot on. The café au lait was delicious, rich, and creamy. The coffee éclairs were decent but could use a stronger coffee flavor. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return! :)))
Returned to try the pecan tart and croissants this week.
The pecan tart had a nut butter filling that was so savory and delicious, croissants perfectly buttery and crisp.
What can I say… Collette bakery never disappoints~!

I’ve been wanting to try Colette for a while! We went on a weekday so we were able to get a seat. The croissants were amazing! We got the pain au chocolat and the ham and cheese croissant heated up, and they were exquisite. The drinks were also tasty and reasonably priced. We tried a couple of other pastries but the highlight was the croissants. I’d definitely come back for the croissants!

You can’t go wrong with Collette Bakery. Nothing like being able to pick up some freshly baked bread from a small local business. The Viennois is my absolute favorite.
The service is always incredible as well, you are always welcomed with love and a smile. Highly recommend this delicious bakery if you are in the area. Don’t let the long lines scare you away.
