We finally discovered this place after it opened a little over a year ago. The food is great, especially for a small town tavern. They have more than just typical “bar food”, and I love the atmosphere. We usually go there at lunch time and it seems to be a popular spot for some of the Boeing lunch breakers as well. Alison is our favorite bartender/server, she’s friendly and very attentive, even when it’s busy. We love our “new” spot down the street and we’re very thankful to have them in the neighborhood.

My dear parents were in town recently, and I met them at a wonderful ‘Scratch Kitchen’, named Cole’s Tavern. Trust me, this place is top notch, amazing food, very professional and friendly staff. I’ve also met some of the coolest people there! It coud be named, “Chez Cole’s Gourmet” where they spoil you with all the best! When the BBQ Brisket sandwich is carried to your table, everyone else salivates at the scent! The menu is great, portions generous and prices make Cole’s an ideal location to meet with friends. There are two pool tables, a dart board, a mini-basketball game machine and Jukebox. Relax at comfortable high top tables, a wall of comfortable booths, or barfront seating. I’m also grateful to this refined and relaxing restaurant – R&R – for their security. A bag that fell under the table during my parents’ visit, was kept safe. Cole’s staff is heads-up, and keep the atmosphere peaceful and fun. Talk about the Attitude of Gratitude! Thank you, everyone at Cole’s… a very Happy New Year indeed.

I love a good dive/sports bar and this fit the ticket. Food was on par, music selection was killer, but most of all the service and authentic attention from Lily was all time. She preemptively acted on my coming need for a cold beer, was great to talk to, and even during a very BUSY Friday night, called me by name when asked by if I needed anything. Total PRO. Definitely recommend!!

Patty melt and burger were both very good. Played skiball and darts which take quarters, refreshing. Meune is just right for luch or snacks while watching games. There is a way in and a way out which was funny but added more parking. The staff was friendly and attentive. Glad we dropped in.

Overall very good time! Great service and good food…wings rocked and I’m an ice tea drinker and it was spot on. Give them a shot! Bonus is they do have military discount I like to give my discount to the server on top of my regular tip.

Ordered the Hot Turkey Sandwich, and got a plate with two pieces of texas toast with what appeared to be spreadable cranberry sauce and one very thin piece of something they called turkey on each piece of the texas toast they tried to cover with brown salty gravy. The french fries were good.

My first visit to Coles Tavern was a total win! This place embodies everything you want in a quintessential dive bar, but in all the best ways. They’ve got the trifecta: affordable drinks, genuinely good food, and that warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes a local pub special. Add in the pull tabs, and you’ve got the perfect spot. The location is ideal for my coworker and me, making it an instant favorite.

Boy oh boy am I excited for Cole’s! The speedway offerings have definitely opened up over the past few years. But there’s something missing that only Cole’s offers. Late night business hours(kidding, although true).
This place checks all the boxes for a great hangout spot. Great staff, great food, great drinks, all at a great price!
Been here mostly for the lunch time and after work happy hour crowds. Always friendly staff and always delicious food.
If you’re in the area, either headed to/from the ferry or Mukilteo for the day, this is a MUST stop for lunch or dinner or just a quick drink.

I ordered a burger and fries to-go. Staff was friendly. Burger was wonderful, plenty of fries for sharing. He threw in 4 sauces for the fries… super nice. Atmosphere felt cozy.
