Colella’s Italian Deli on East Bay I thought was a hidden gem but everytime I walk in there, people are lined up to order! So far I have tried their antipasto salad, limencello cake, and today I ordered the Italian sub (add pepperoncinis) and OMG. Amazing! They make their bread fresh and that was the best part. I have no idea why I ordered a whole, the half would have been more than enough. The girl at the counter Evelyn was pleasant and efficient. Can’t wait to go back!

Never a bad meal here. Everything I’ve had is great. Love the spicy sausage calzone. Amazing pasta salad. I’ve had the cesarinas special sub and their Italian beef, both delicious. Stuffed cherry peppers are great. I need to get there before they sell out of cannolis; I’ve heard they’re fantastic.

Absolutely delicious food! I had the classic Italian sub, pasta salad, and cannoli – everything was great but you’ve got to try this cannoli
It’s under new ownership and it really shows. The staff is very friendly, good selection of pasta and wine, and everything was very clean and well organized.
Go. You’re welcome

Coming from LA, we are used to paying a lot of money for expensive yet BLAND food. The sandwiches here are tasty, fresh and high quality for a great price, European style. We eat them a few times a week along with their salads and desserts (their cheesecakes are divine). The owners are amazing, so are the employees. We simply love this place, thank you!

Another visit to an old favorite. Definitely a local spot. Owned by an Italian family and conplete with home baked meals and desserts. It’s a store along with a little deli area. The food is excellent. You can also purchase imported Italian pasta and oils. This place gets quite the lunch rush. If you’re in Clearwater and want to check out a total local spot, this is a good one. Prices are great too, like a throw back to the early 2000s. Love this place!!

Authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?? Everyone in our group loved their subs and service was fast. Sausages were fresh and stuffed, as a sausage should be! Highly recommend.

Under new management. I understand, I’m here for feedback. I had cold pasta salad. About 6 tortellini with an order and big chunks of peppers (raw) taking up the room in my container. Close to no broccoli, barely any onions. Also could tell that noodles and veg (raw) had not been marinated. My sub was good, less meat than usual. Was still very tasty…Me and my family have been going here 20+ years. Just stating my opinion. We will always be back.

I stopped in for the first time to order a sub for take out. The counter server was patient and answer all my questions of what was on the various subs. The wait was short. When I got home the sun was fantastic and just as I ordered. The sub roll they use is one of the best takes in sub rolls I’ve experienced.

Cesarina’s is legit. No frills, authentic Italian deli offering high-quality cold and hot subs at very affordable prices. For the same price you pay at Publix, all due respect, you get the real deal here – from the bread itself to the Italian meats you know best (capicollo, salami, mortadella), this is as good as it gets. Also, ‘leave the gun, take the cannoli’ – it’s a must-order item here. Make this your destination for your next Italian sandwich. Bellissima!

This is a nice Italian store that sells food but also has all kinds of imported goodies.
I ordered the all beef meatball sandwich.
I was not impessed at all! The gentleman asked me if I wanted provolone or mozzarella for my cheese, I chose mozzarella thinking I was going to get nice big mozzarella slices in my sub, boy was I wrong! they sprinkled mozzarella that u would use for tacos or salads! They was definitely skimpy on the sauce, that thing tasted super dry and whoever made it did an awful job on appearance because there was a meatball sticking out and there was a big hole at the end where the meatball should’ve went. The meatballs themselves were very bland like they don’t use seasonings or anything . This sandwich reminded me of the ones they sell at 7 11.
I would not recommend the meatball sub but I will give them another chance and try something different. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
