Came here last night 10-25-2025 around 7pm and customer service was extremely slow and unwelcoming‼️There was only 1 customer ahead of me and 2 female employees. I waited at least 5 minutes before the girl even started helping the customer ahead of me. I waited about 10 minutes before my order was taken because 1 girl wouldn’t stop cleaning the machines to help. There was no cookie dough in my large serving of ice cream. I spent about 15 minutes here when there was only 1 person ahead of me. I will never come here again.

I came here yesterday for my son’s birthday after he got out at the high school. I thought something was off about my ice cream (apart from ALL the ice cream having looked like the freezer they were in was off for a long time since they were all nearly melted) when I was eating it. My husband got his and said the brownies they used were definitely stale, and yep that’s what it is. My butterfingers in mine are 100% left out for days they’re disgusting. Even the sweet cream ice cream tastes off. I would assume having melted and refrozen multiple times would make it that way. How do you even get ice cream to taste stale. Thats a gift. Also lol they were just like three giant chunks of butter finger instead of crushed up. Its not like she was overwhelmed, we were the only ones in there. This place should be shut down I don’t think they are doing food safety checks properly here.

Amazing service by the staff and especially Emiliana. Staff is always friendly and greets you right when you enter. My order is made perfectly each time. If you need a cake, make sure to order here from Emiliana. She makes just what you need for those special occasions.

Bought one of the ice cream cakes, cookie dough delirium, and it said yellow cake on the label, but once we started eating it, saw it was chocolate cake. Somebody messed up here and neither of us like chocolate cake. Not cool.

Came here to pick up an online order. I have been sitting here for half an hour now. Multiple groups have came and left since I got here. I thought the purpose of mobile orders was to avoid the wait, yet here I am having my time wasted while everyone else is being serviced right away. Makes no sense. I get they’re busy on a weekend, but I got here before all of these other people.
