I always order from you all through doordash and I never understand why the staff or whoever is working there gives me the wrong size ice cream on purpose. I always order the founders favorite in a ‘love it'(medium) size. SOMEONE keeps putting the ice cream in a ‘like it'(small) size cup and then putting the entire small cup of ice cream into a medium cup for whatever reason. I think that’s a scam within itself. Very disappointed.

I just wanted to leave a review to recognize one of the employees here Rodson. Every time I come in, he’s friendly, hardworking, and really professional for such a young worker. He handles customers well, keeps things moving, and always has a good attitude even when it’s busy. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job, which makes the experience better every time. Great service overall!

The experience was a mix of highs and lows. Parking was easy, and the place smelled amazing like fresh waffles, which definitely added to the vibe. Unfortunately, when I ordered, I was told by a woman and a Caucasian man that the deep freezer was having issues, and the ice cream was coming out a bit milky. I mentioned I have a texture sensitivity, but instead of being understanding, the woman made me feel very uncomfortable, as if the issue was my fault.
Thankfully, Michael stepped in and completely turned things around. He came out of nowhere like a hero and offered to go out of his way and go downstairs to the freezer and bring me the cheesecake ice cream in a waffle cone, which ended up being the best ice cream cone I’ve ever had. He truly saved my experience and deserves all the credit for turning it into something positive.
The AC inside was strong and the shop was comfortable, but I do wish Michael had a better, more supportive team behind him. He went above and beyond, and I’m grateful for that.Thank you Michael

Rodson is such a good person and has great patience with his people. The ice cream was great and had an awesome conversation with him. However, I would suggest to give him some help because he’s working all by himself with cakes, ice cream and smoothie. And it holds up the line because he also does online orders. Overall I had a great time talking to him!

I’ve been a long time customer of Cold stone and we really enjoy going there to be honest on a weekly/ biweekly base. So my son turning 13 on December 13 and requested a custom cake from there . When I went to pick the cake up it looked like a 6 year wrote and I was very disappointed. It’s like the manager couldn’t responsibility for the cake . I expressed my feelings on how I was mad because, they try to take it back and fix and just looked even worse . At the point I had to take the cake because it was too late to get another cake . Just do better and master the writing on cakes or give out custom cake toppers instead of chicken scratch

I am a driver and I came here on May 5th to pick up an order and my jaw was craving ice cream. I asked if I could order these. The girl working there told me with hateful language that I had to wait and I waited and placed my order. When I was about to pay at the cash register, she said your money is not accepted here and she did not give me my order. Damn those employees.

I just left this location in disbelief (4:57pm). I just walked out of there after witnessing a young white employee wipe the ice cream spatula on the side of the trash can that’s near the sink, rinse it off briefly with water (no soap nothing) and bring it right back to the ice cream cutting board where they prepare the ice cream. Absolutely disgusting! Hopefully, there are cameras in there and his employer can see him doing this nonsense! BEWARE!

I am deeply disappointed at the employees at this location. I had requested a custom inscription for my birthday cake. We placed the order online a week before picking it up. When we got the Holbrook location, the cake did not have any writing on it… We asked the employees if they could at least write “Happy Birthday” on it. One out of the three employees working just gave us a blank stare and said “none of us know how to do the writing”. You’re poor customer service is disgraceful. Never coming back to this location again.
