The ice cream here is very tasty, and the couple running the shop are extremely friendly and patient. They listened carefully and helped us choose the right size and flavors. The selection wasn’t very large, though we visited during one of the busiest times of the year, still, the staff remained polite and welcoming. Overall, a great experience with delicious ice cream!

Whoever owns this place really needs to reconsider their employees. At least hire ones that actually want to work and show at least 5% enthusiam. Ill buy safeway ice cream before I go back there. At least I dont have to look at employees that think customers are an inconvenience at safeway.

The 2 Mexican ladies that are working there today are suuuuper rude. “Are you gonna pay or are you going to take it for free” is what they said when I went to put the ice cream at the table we were sitting at. The store wasn’t even crowded. Behave with your customers or leave customer service!!

Came in with my wife and our 4 kids all under 6 years old, there was no one inside then two girl came took our order and the entire time they seemed annoyed trying to rush us. We wanted to sit inside an enjoy, but felt unwanted so left. Not coming back 🙂

Good ice cream. We had a simple order, but they messed it up, charged us for the wrong size, left the brownie out of one order. Recommend you double check what they are charging you for and make sure you get what you ordered.

We love cold stone so much! It’s such a beautiful shop and it’s really neat and tidy! I got the small size with chocolate ice cream and Oreos and caramel and my husband got a plain waffle cone with cotton candy and strawberry ice cream! The pricing is very reasonable and the staff was very friendly!

Ice cream is always a good idea! The words are nice and friendly. Its a busy shop. There is no longer seating so you have to either find seating outside in the building or eat on the sidewalkway or while walking. It get loud with lots of people and hard to talk to the workers. Over good food. Kinda a poor design.

Not the greatest experience I’ve had at a Cold Stone Creamery. The signature ice cream was the same but the service wasn’t ideal. Upon walking in, it was noticeably dirty. The tables and chairs weren’t set up nicely and there was only one clean table. We weren’t greeted right away and even though there were three workers, only one assisted us. I ordered the Love It size and she doubled it and ended up putting into the larger size. Normally I wouldn’t be upset about this, but since we were visiting and didn’t have a place nearby to freeze the remainder, it just felt like such a waste. The girl I had dealt with was kind enough but had trouble hearing what I was saying. I had to repeat myself five or more times. Overall, not the best experience I’ve had and kind of regret choosing Cold Stone’s over something local.
