We had the best experience! Dom was excellent. My wife is highly allergic to raspberries and he offered to get fresh ingredients and mix them in a clean tray, so that she could have ice cream too. Thank you, Dom!

I had a very concerning experience at the Cold Stone at Kent Station in Kent, WA. While ordering ice cream for my mom, the employee preparing it was not wearing gloves and handled cash immediately afterward without washing or sanitizing his hands.
This raised serious hygiene and food-safety concerns for me. Ice cream is a ready-to-eat food, and proper glove use and hand hygiene should be standard.
I hope management addresses this, because it made me uncomfortable and unsure about the safety practices at this location.

My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.

We decided to stop by cold stone for a sweet treat, but my friend has a SEVERE dairy allergy and wasn’t planning on getting anything. Our server, Dom was super helpful and explained that they had sorbet in the back and explained he would be glad to get samples for her from the back, untouched, would wash his hands before doing that to prevent any cross contamination. He let her look at the allergen book to make sure the flavors were indeed dairy free. Dom was amazing and served us with such kindness, was so helpful, and made a beautiful experience that my friend was able to enjoy.
We are so thankful and would highly recommend this location for your ice cream experience.

I ordered an oreo ice cream sandwich and it was very good! It was actually cookies! This was my first time in Cold Stone and the server was very helpful. She was so nice and her eye-lashes were on point. Wow!

I’ve gotten Ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen in the past and I wasn’t impressed so decided I would try one at this location. Was very happy with the results.. the flavor (Cheesecake Named Desire) was delicious, with a graham cracker crust around the cake. Would definitely come here again.

I recently visited Cold Stone at Kent Station with my family, who were visiting from California. After lunch, the kids wanted ice cream, so we stopped in. We were next in line when I politely asked the employee behind the counter if they offered any sugar-free options.
Instead of providing a simple answer or suggesting an alternative, the employee laughed directly in my face. His reaction was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. Regardless of whether such options are available, basic courtesy and respect should always be part of customer service.
Additionally, I was concerned about the employee’s hygiene. His hair appeared unkempt and dirty, and his beard was not covered by any sort of net, even though he was handling and serving food. This raises serious questions about cleanliness and food safety at this location.
I hope management addresses both the lack of professionalism and the hygiene concerns. As a paying customer, I expect better.

Came in for some ice cream because of the heat and the white male large employee, forgot his name, had the audacity to argue with me about my service dog being one. My dog wasn’t even doing anything he asked what service it provided and I said medical and he said that ESAs weren’t allowed (he was wearing a service dog vest) in which I told him that he was a service dog. We ended up going back and forth until he gave up and then when I asked for mint chocolate chip I was given just mint and a few chips in it. Definitely not coming back, subzero was ten times better. I don’t recommend.

There was a really cheery guy working there!!! He was super sigma and super w rizz. It was like he was the anlpha in ohio snd he controls all the betas. He was joyful, spirited, and an absolute delight! He made our experience life changing. When I walked out the shop I felt like a changed man, thanks for the experience,I would come back for him!

Dom helped us at the Kent Station store and he was terrific. Very attentive and actually interested in what he was doing which made the experience more fun.
