We have food allergies and when we visit, Dylan always takes the time to be sensitive to our dietary needs. He does a great job preventing cross contamination and is so personable and friendly. We keep coming back because of him! He deserves his own franchise!!

I’m only giving 3 stars because most of the time it’s really good, but tonight the young man making my ice cream was kind but when he made my $9 ice cream he barely put any toppings. Literally a sprinkle of graham cracker crust and 2 small strawberries. It was mostly just ice cream.

Just a note to costumers, was talking to the employee who works there and told us he has a TWIN BROTHER that also works there. But in hindsight, I got a “Cookie Doughn’t you want some” (with gram cracker crust). It was the perfect compliment for my sweet tooth. My mom on the other hand got, “Silk Almond” (add almonds). Was a perfect choice to satisfy her lactose condition. Overall, great choice of Ice Cream, I have no idea why reviews are bad, after all you are making your own Ice Cream with the workers help 🙂

To me the ice cream was a little to soft I’m not sure if it’s always like that or if it was because it was just a hot day. The staff are friendly, and the store is neat. They have a lot to offer more than others that I’ve seen. They have Carmel apples, chocolates, and ice cream cakes.

This store owner is extremely cheap—providing a used bag for a $50 cake. This isn’t the first time, either. I’ve been buying cakes from Cold Stone for over 20 years and have never had an experience like this at any other location. We were always given a proper Cold Stone paper bag with the cake

I just got back home after ordering two signature creations in the I love it size. Once I opened the lid, I realize they served one of my orders in the I like it size and then inserted it in the I love it size. They could have honestly just said they accidentally made the smaller version but they charged me for the bigger size anyways…

Ice cream is always 10/10. Customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Whenever I go with a coupon, they can never honor it. What’s the deal?? You get customers to come in, order ice cream, and when they’re ready to pay using a coupon, you decide you can’t use it? Twice in the last 2 months I’ve been told the coupon expired when it says clearly in my email that it hasn’t expired yet. And the workers don’t do ANYTHING about it. They straight up lie saying it’s expired despite me showing my email with an expiration date a few days out. The ice cream is good, but not that good to keep getting scammed out of extra money when I have valid coupons. One was $5 off any purchase, the other was a BOGO Free. This issue needs to be fixed.

She is the most stingy owner ever. Whenever she is there, the “Gotta Have it” cup is barely full.
One time I asked for an empty cup, she refused. First time ever an owner refused to give an empty cup to a buying customer.

Got the seasonal Treat or Treat mix, and I LOVED IT! My family all enjoyed their ice creams, the customer service was pretty good, and an overall amazing trip! Dunno why so many other people didn’t like their ice cream and service. 5 stars, definitely coming back sometime!

I had a pretty poor-experience the other night by this franchise’s location’s staff. I took my girlfriend with me to go ‘attempt’ to get some ice cream the other night, and ultimately ended up waiting for over 20 minutes in the line outside. I understand that with the recent restrictions, that it is necessary for it to be this way – however, given that there’s only 4 individual-groups allowed within the store at one time, it should have taken much less time than it did. This was compounded by the fact that everyone (along with us, who were outside) noticed that the employees were simply talking amongst each other, and not really attempting to speed the wait along.
Sadly, the worst part was that the hours stated that they were open on here until 23:00 (11pm), but we were told that the “last customers” were being served; being the people right in-front of us in line, and so we were told to leave. Seemed like management could use re-training, or at the least – remedial communication training, considering they couldn’t even be bothered to come outside and let us all know that they were closing shortly; instead, we ended up having to be the ones to let everyone else know that service would be discontinued.
Overall, this certainly left a lasting-impression of this store’s location, and we will likely pursue alternatives; rather than return to this store. It really is too bad, as they certainly left a lot of people upset over that, and i’m sure we aren’t the only ones who feel the same way. Wish I could give it 0/5 stars, as ice cream was not even attainable, but suffice it to say, there’s a dire need for reorganization from their leadership. I hope this was useful, and assisting, to anyone who is considering going there – particularly if you’re on a time-crunch of some sort.
