Cold stone creamery might churn out delicious ice cream, my recent visit left a cold aftertaste. The service was painfully slow, which significantly impacted my enjoyment of the experience.
No spoons for tasting
This is a major oversight, especially for a place where customers might be unfamiliar with the flavors. Not being able to try a taste before committing to a whole scoop is a big negative.
Slow Service
Poor attentiveness. The guy at the counter was in some kind of rush.
If you’re looking for a quick and enjoyable ice cream experience, this might not be the best choice. However, if you have patience and the ice cream is truly outstanding, it might be worth the wait, but be prepared to choose your flavor blindly and deal with potentially slow service.

I ordered an ice cream cake, chocolate cake layers, with cookie dough ice cream mix ins. The picture shows what was received. The manager did not try to fix it, and would only offer a discount on my next purchase. He was rude and defensive. I will not order a cake from them again.

I went in for a custom Birthday ice cream cake and it came out very nice! The Manager is professional and the staff are all friendly. I would highly recommend this location 🙂

Horrible tasting ice cream, frozen fruit toppings also tasted old. Bought 4 signature creations, All of it needed to be trashed. Expensive mistake of buying ice cream here. Never again!!

I had the worse experience at this location. I went with my sisters and as soon as we walked in we, we were greeted with dirty looks. One by one we ordered our ice cream, and when it was time for us to pay, our experience at this location went downhill. One of the workers basically threw my sisters ice cream on the counter, while we were all lined up at the register. The employee helping me was very nice but the cashier was VERY RUDE! he threw our money at us, and when we asked for lids he threw those as well. From the moment we came through the door, the cashier was not friendly nor was his customer service good at all. Hopefully corporate can nip this in the bud before someone else have this unfortunate experience. I hope that customer service is important and this is handled accordingly. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all.

Well I like the Cold Stone franchise in general so part of my rating is based on a general appreciation for good ice cream mixed with fun toppings.
As for this location we just went there yesterday and got some tasty ice cream and had a good experience. The employees were nice young kids and the location is a cute little round gazebo looking shape in a nice courtyard area of the shopping center.

Believe it or not, I’ve only had Cold Stone on two occasions… ever. The concept is awesome and the end result (ice cream combos/mixtures) is amazing. This spot, in particular, was really busy at 9:00 (just before closing), which is a good thing. The customer service was friendly enough, nothing amazing, but the prices are rather steep… close to $20 for 2 cups, and one cone (3 total). I will definitely have Cold Stone again.

After a long time I had cold stone from this place. Was happy finding this spot after I left florida. I have tried their chocolate devotion, which is still delicious. The server was a friendly and efficient guy. They also have 3-4 sitting table inside the store. Very nice and cozy space

A very hip and happening place. Very famous amongst younger crowd. Always had an experience with professional and quick Cold Stone team members here. Ice cream, undoubtedly, is delicious! It’s right there in the corner of Market Place and cannot be missed!
