I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and I must say, their ice creams and shakes are truly delicious. The place itself appeared to be very clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, I have mixed feelings about the service I received during my visit.
I arrived at 8pm, which was only an hour before closing time. I approached the counter and requested two of their popular creations. To my disappointment, the female worker informed me that they were out of stock. Undeterred, I decided to make another attempt and the male employee seemed ready to work on my order. However, just as he was about to start, another employee appeared out of nowhere and announced that they were also out of that particular creation.
This experience left me a bit frustrated, as it seemed that the location I visited had a consistent issue with keeping items in stock. Having the two employees give conflicting responses further added to my confusion. While I understand that running out of certain flavors or options can occur, it was disappointing to encounter this problem not just once, but twice in a row.
Overall, Cold Stone Creamery offers delicious ice creams and shakes, and the cleanliness of the establishment is commendable. However, the inconsistent stock availability and the confusion among the staff regarding inventory left me somewhat dissatisfied with the service received on this particular visit. Nonetheless, I would still be willing to give this location another chance in the hope that the stock issues are resolved.

Came in at 7:55 tonight 6/24. website says closes at 8pm. Doors were locked. Person working never even came out to greet us, just hid in the back. Website phone number doesn’t work and the order functionality on website takes a masters degree to figure out. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. We travel back-and-forth from the desert to Orange County weekly. Unfortunately, sometimes we have to cut it close. Anyway, I’m not one to complain and give bad reviews, but this pisses me off. Cant call, can’t remote order, and they shut down the place before the advertise closing time. Lame. Wonder if the manager knows what his help is doing. The least you could do is get a phone number that works, and somebody that picks up the phone.

This place didn’t have Strawberries or bananas, nor cones!!! How is that possible!! Come on Manager! Manage!! What a disappointing evening & the young female seemed to be afraid to run out of caramel & nuts! Barely put caramel & nuts in my ice-cream!! Never going there again!!

Ice cream was good. I feel bad for the CREW members, not management. I spoke with some crew there who told me how they do not receive any breaks when working, not even a lunch break. If they are lucky and no one enters they can sit down. Owner really needs to address the issues he has with his supposed manager(s) before a lawsuit is started. I am sure this is a big reason why no one wants to stay with this business for $14 an hour with no breaks. Definitely not worth it. I won’t be back, ice cream was good but I feel like a burden when the crew gets no breaks.

Stopped by here on our way to see some family in the desert. Seems like this plaza is fairly new. Super convenient location; it is right next to a chipotle, a gas station and Hadley orchard. Parking was SUPER easy and sometimes near the outlets that’s hard to come by. I got my usual cake batter but they were so kind in letting me try several other flavors, too. Everyone was really friendly and eager to make me happy with my mix-ins. I really appreciate that! We will make this our usual stop from now on

Worst experience of Cold stone.
It is 8:30 pm, and I understand things happen but there was no fruits or any available toppings. I ordered a strawberry blonde with whipped cream because that’s all it was available.
I hope who ever does the ordering of the food, it start forecasting proper portions to supply the store.

Order online for delivery,missing hafe my order and store does not answer.. poor customer service. Will never order again.. paid 60 for hafe my order to be missing…tryed to get ahold of the delivery driver but it was done on the Goldstone website…
