This location is very clean and well maintained, which makes it even more enjoyable to visit. The customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and happy to help you create the perfect ice cream. They have a great variety of ice cream flavors and an awesome selection of mix-ins, so there’s something for everyone. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat.

Stopped in with my two kids and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient while the kids took their time deciding, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean and well organized, and the ice cream was fresh, creamy, and made exactly how we ordered it. You can tell the place is well managed and that customer service matters. I’d definitely go back again

We were at the Cold Stone Creamery at Vista Village Drive. We go there often but tonight was terrible. The young lady behind the counter was not very nice and didn’t even say hello but she did not know how to make the malt. We get malts all the time and they’re thick and creamy the first time she made it she added so much milk we even asked her to dump out the milk that there was too much in it, rather than dealing with it she just dumped whole thing out and throws the blender in the sink bad attitude at that Creamery. Then she didn’t want to make it again when the gentleman came out she asked him to make it because we know he makes thick and creamy. He said no that she needed to make it and she made it again and it was still runny too much milk not enough peanut butter. Now keep in mind we’ve been getting these for years at that store I’m sad to say they must be cutting down on there scoops and charging more. The amounts are stingy and they obviously need to train their people better at least say hi and maybe a smile, bad experience tonight.

Friendly staff, great ice cream and cakes. Across from the movie theater so it would make for part of a fun date night. Parking can be difficult during busy times, but they do have 30 minute parking out front.

Terrible service and extremely rude management. Clearly they don’t understand customer service and have never supported their clients. When you click on their website it redirects you to the third party service that they choose to use for delivery or pick up. The times displayed are inaccurate and there is no communication. If you call the number provided it directs you directly to their establishment in which you receive a response from a middle eastern rude individual with no customer facing skills who yells at you and demands that they will not assist you or offer any refunds if your product doesn’t arrive. I ordered a simple ice cream order over an hour ago they didn’t even offer a voucher a discount or a refund for the fact that the item that was paid for was not arriving on time I waited over an hour despite the time that stated it would be 20 minutes. I had to pay an excessive service fee of over $6 for no point because the item did not arrive until after an hour mark.
